INCOMPETANT people! Submitting wrong forms to the Master and the file was closed and filed away. Now they submitted the correct forms and just sit back and hope by some miracle it finds it way to a closed file! They are not doing any effort and is also not standing down so that I can do it myself. They are *********** and unprofessional. This estate will never be attended to.
Don't make Old Mutual your Executors. They outsource it to Legatus Trust who is ***********! Submitting wrong forms and the file is now closed. Now they want to submit the correct forms to a case that has been closed and filed away! They don;t want to stand down so that I can salvage what I can. Now they come with lies saying that everything is registered again on the Master's Webportal, it is a lie, I checked it myself. This estate will never be attended to because OLD MUTUAL outsources to *********** people and everyone just sits back and do nothing!
RCS loan i have with them. I have sent my paid up letters to their attorneys 4 times already and they still bother me with calls that there is an outstanding balance! Paid up letters already received in 2022 ftom Norton attorneys. Going to report them to thr Legal Practise Counsel and Dial direct to the NCR.
If there was a -1 i would have given it. I made a payment arrangement with SBSA a week before they handed over my account with attorneys. After i spoke to Nthombi Zonke at 14:59 on 23 Sept she confirmed that there was no notes made or the arrangement captured. I also spoke to the attorneys on same day who rrfused to acknowledge the payment arrangement and refused to correspond with SBSA on it. On 27 September I called SBSA again where I was informed that a request was loaded for the account to be racalled. When i called now, i spoke to Solly Mbongo, a utter rude condescading man, who was so rude and has no idea how to deal with customers. He insinuited that I was lying that I spoke to someone on 27 September and when I requested telephone recordings he was sarcastic as I said i am entitled to them. The point is that a woman told me on 27 september that the matter is recalled and now it is not. Now I am lying because there was no note made. And thats my issue. I will never ever suggest SBSA to someone as when you try to bring your part, you are treated like this. My testimony will be told to everyone on all platforms. The best of all, you will not even do something about this post nor assist in pulling the telephone recording.
Absolutely useless. You enter into a contract with them to pay themselves with a Covid 19 loan, then they pay themselves on time, but direct axis (which is underwritten by them), they do not pay AS STIPULATED IN THE CONTRACT THAT THEY WOULD. When you eventualy get helped on the FNB chat, they cant assist, say to make it Direct Axis's problem! Furthermore also did they do me a huge favour to log a query, more than 2 months ago. Still waiting for that. And also the agent at some stage swore high and low that the debit order for direct axis "attempt" showing on my account is purely for admin trail and "will not return". Funny, it was a legit attempt and i am paying R110 for the return of it. I am going to report the matte to the ombudsman now as FNB is in breach of contract they entered into with me and now I am being penalized monthly, financialy and on my credit record because they can't do their job. Stay away.
Called to advise that due to personal reasons i wont be able to pay this month's installment and wanted to arrange to repay same over the next 3 months on top of my monthly installment, as this is one of the options as stated on their website. Now they cant make arrangements because it is 3 days prior to my installment due date. I cant do anything about the fact that this is the time something happened which is causing me not to be able to pay my installment. Now if i skip, it will go to legal, then ill have to pay legal fees, and then ill make an arrangement with them anyways. This can be cut out, but then MFC wont make more money. Utterly disgusted.
Had card for approx 8 months. Used it about twice. Trouble started when paying the account. I made the EFT, with CORRECT card number as ref, however they could NEVER allocate it. SO after the payments t i sent them the proof of payment to allocate to my account. A couple of days later I would receive a email to say they received the mail and would allocate the payment. Oddly every month i STILL received calls and sms's stating i am in arrears. Every month I was CHARGED for all the telephone and sms costs. NUMEROUS calls was made to myself, every time the same story. I told them i did make payment, and yes i did sent through the proof and yes i did get a reply to confirm. 2 days later i would get a call again, same story. ! I received statements in December after a struggle, in January paid full outstanding amount. Whereafter i realised they did not allocate a payment made in November which means i am in credit. I have requested to pay my money back and close my account NUMEROUS TIMES. I even saw an ATTORNEY who sent them a letter, to which we did not get a response. Requested again for account to be closed, no response yet. SEEING ATTORNEY TOMORROW TO TAKE THIS FURTHER!
