I bought a Porsche from this company 8 months ago and they are not able to put the car in my name. Currently I can't sell the car and they will not honor the consumer protection act. They keep giving me temporary permits to drive around with, but I am massively at risk. Watch out for this kind of deal and make sure you deal with a reputable company that honors the consumer protection act. Very Disappointing. I have reported them top the motor vehicle Ombudsman.
This company comes in and does plumbing work without advising you that they are not registered with the insurance company and then charge much more money (30% or R5000 extra on a Geyser installation). The problem beside them being super expensive is that you have no claim from your insurance company if something goes wrong. This is an absolute Loose- Loose situation with this
I joined switch telecom about 2 months ago and there has been a couple of small problems. Our Cape Town phone lines went down 2 days ago. We logged a call and since then cannot get hold of this company. We have tried to call and e-mail. Anyone who has a business knows the loss of sales by not having phone lines for 2 days. I contacted the office which had a automated machine saying that all staff are on a course. This company clearly has no idea what customer service is and I would strongly recommend that your due diligence is done. I am absolutely appalled
I reached out to this company to make 14 cushions for me. The bill was in excess of 14k and was gong to take a week. It is 2 months later and all I get is false promises every day. Please don't trust Barry and make the same mistake I made. It is just not worth the stress and lies
Good Day I will make this as quick as I can. To say that the service from N1 city is disgusting would be a compliment. Yesterday the coil pack seems to have gone again(2nd time) on 50 000km. My wife called to get the car in as she stays very close. She was told by the booking clerk that she can only book it in Next week Thursday even though she explained that the car was not going. Culemborg were much more understanding and asked the car to be brought in this morning. The car did not make it that far and VW assist had to have it collected and has now taken it to N1 city. Shavonne mentioned that the procedure on a tow in takes 2-3 days to look at and then needs to be fixed. The fact that this branch has absolutely no empathy from the beginning of this experience just shows how far removed VW has become from their customer. There is clearly a problem with the vehicle and N1 seems to think that all their customers have spare vehicles to carry on with their daily lives. I am appalled at this experience and yes as the customer, I have the choice on what brand to buy. I guess you can answer the rest of this statement yourself.
Unfortunately this has been a bad experience from the beginning. I ordered a pivot door from this company. The color code and a sample was given to them to make sure it matched my garage doors which had just been installed. Somehow they still managed to get this wrong which set us back another 2 weeks. They came to fit the door and to my surprise, they left holes underneath the frame which we had discussed. They came back to fix this. A couple of weeks later it rained and all the water came in. I contacted them and they realized they had left a cover plate off which they came and put on. Now the door cannot open or close as there is a problem with the pivot. They told me it would take a week to get someone there, keeping in mind this is the front door to a house which does not work. On the morning of the meeting, they send a message to say they cant make it so I am still left with a broken door. This is definitely the worst after sales service I have experienced ever. Don't be fooled by glamorous websites. "The proof is in the pudding", in this case.............NOT.

I booked a ticket from Cape Town to Hanover about 3 months ago. I paid a R5000 surcharge to travel the fastest route which was with KLM. I logged in to get my boarding pass only to find that they have cancelled the flight from Amsterdam to Hanover (1 hour flight) and now I have to fly to Frankfurt which increases my travel time by 10 hours. As this is a business trip, I missed my first meeting. There was no prior communication and no compensation. It is so frustrating dealing with such airlines who don't really care. I know now who NOT to fly with. This is the worst service I have experienced from the Dutch
British airways is taking booking for early flights at higher rates and then without informing the client, changing the flight details to a later cheaper flight.it is absolutely unethical, unprofessional and super dishonest. Not only does it infringe with the 1 meeting I have to attend, there is no excuse or remorse. This is shocking. Your systems are poor, your communication non-existent and your respect for your passengers ignored.
We joined Vox 7 month ago with great service and a quick installation. They have just taken their rates up by 12%. This is clearly high way robbery. There is a help desk email that you can send it to but when you do, the email bounces back. Watch out for VOX, they are sharks
