My son purchased Robux that i didn't approve. When i wanted my refund, it was declined. I know of other people who have encountered this and had their refund approved. They can see on their system that I have never ever bought robux. They just left me a message, and there is no way to get hold of anyboady at Microsoft
I am not sure if Absa is under staffed, but I was on hold of about 45mins. By the time I received assistance my airtime of which I had lots was almost depleted. Then as they helping my call cuts. Nobody calls back knowing my concern and need for help. From a client centric perspective this is the poorest service from a bank. The banks I decided not to use offers way better service I will be moving back as this is not the first time I have this experience and have to come to this platform to get a call back
Absa has to be the worst bank in my experience. Nobody can assist with my query. Been speaking to 10 different people, cannot het hold of a manager that has better knowledge and access
I would like to report Platinum life to Popi regulators. They have been harassing me, and my parents to provide me with a gift that I don't want. I have declined on numerous occasions but they persistent and keep getting someone else to call

<p>I purchased a parlux product online. </p> <p> </p> <p>I did an eft to pay for the product. I made an immediate payment meaning the money will be in the account immediately. I supplied proof of payment, I have the proof of payment as well. </p> <p> </p> <p>Hairhouse tells me the money is not reflecting and they cannot process the order. It's a gift for mothers day which now be received to late. This firstly goes against their promised turn around time. </p> <p> </p> <p>Their competitors are offering far better service. <p>This is my second post in under two weeks. I check my expected date of delivery for my package and it's states the 22 March. I still haven't received anything, no parcell delivered. </p> <p> </p> <p>No contact at all. Takealots service has really dropped. I have never experienced this about a year ago. Now it's becoming a trend</p>
<p>I received an sms stating my package or parcel will arrive before 5 on Friday. </p> <p> </p> <p>I finished work at 1pm. I arranged for someone to wait here and call me when my parcel arrives. </p> <p>We waited till 5 and nobody pitched</p>
<p>Was at the drive through at KFC Kuilsriver.... Stood still for 30mins...... I Left and went to McDonald's kuilsriver for far better service</p> <p> </p> <p>Never thought it through when the build KFC...... Traffic jam </p>
