SANTAM is CLUMSY and ARCHAIC
I have been with Santam for many years. Tried to add a vehicle three weeks ago. Personnel were super clumsy, not phoning back when telephone contact dropped out, days of delays with wrong details to and fro. I have cancelled my policy and switched to Naked Insurance. What a breeze, sorted in 30 minutes at half the price. GOODBYE SANTAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Naked Insurance is easy to add or change on your cellphone !!!!!!!!!!
Wow, what a modern way to deal with Short-Term insurance. After battling with Santam for 3 weeks, I was sorted with Naked Insurance within 40 minutes for all my vehicles, house structure and house contents at half the price. All my THANKS to you. This is the way to do Business. I salute you !!!!!!!!!!!!!

New Roof Installation Sharks in Centurion !!!!!!!!!!
My Braai Area Roof: What turned out as a lovely experience after the summer holidays went fine with the payment and ordering of the material to the value of R30 000. When it came to roof installation they demanded that the R5000 installation fee be paid upfront, leaving me no quality assurance on the installation. The management would not budge... I am used to receiving any service and perform EFT payment before leaving site and after inspecting. Roof Source sucks !!!!

Poor Service from CK Gate Auto !!!!!!!
Gave them a telephonic request two and half weeks ago and they promised to contact me back with a quote, phoned today and no information from my previous call. With my previous installation in Oct 2019, my battery failed after 3 months and they refused to replace under guarantee, although when a I bought a new replacement battery, Regal Security gave a 12 month warranty. So much for Client Service, do not use these guys - pathetic is still a compliment !!!!!!!!!

CK GATE AUTO is a poor show on guarantee
Installation was excellently done in October 2019. Battery failed completely after 3 months, contacted them as there is a one year guarantee on the installation. They declined to guarantee the battery, despite the original battery manufacturers providing a 12 month guarantee on the internet. Poor show CK Gate Auto !!!!! My other 7 installations will not be done by you ...........

Accepting order when closed for Decemeber, taking payment, promising refund, which does not materialise ....
On the 13th December we ordered a lunch meal for our team at Calisto's Eldo Square in Eldoraigne, Centurion. The oredr was acepted as well as credit card payment. Yet when I arrived the outlet was closed for December already. I immediately phoned the cell number of the contact person, who promised a refund immediately, which has not been done to date. Poor show Calisto's for early closure, poor website arrangements and empty promises !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Next for the Consumer Act !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
