Someone did a eft from Nedbank to my mother's account on Saturday 12pm. She sent us the pop however it's Thursday over 72 hours and we have not received anything. The bank keep saying to want another day.. This is ridiculous. I need someone from nedbank to call my mother and look into this as she is not working sold some stuff to this lady and needs the funds. I placed a order to be delivered today before 5pm. It is my son's birthday, today and this morning at 9am the delivery guy called me and said his at my home. I then advised I am not home if he can deliver at my work which he said is too far and we made arrangements for him to come back at 2pm. I called him once I was home, he said he'll be here soon. 2 hours later Take alot send a msg saying my parcel is rescheduled. The pick up point is literally 5 min from my house so I'm trying to grasp how no one is able to drop it when they only close at 7pm. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT TO ME AS MY SON HAS BEEN WAITING FOR THIS AND I AM SURE THERE CAN BE A ARRANGEMENT MADE FOR A DRIVER TO DROP IT. IT IS NOT CLOSE OF BUSINESS YET. TAKE ALOTS TERMS STIPULATE BEFORE 5PM AND THEY ARE LITERALLY AROUND THE CORNER FROM ME

I am shocked at the educations department's contactibilty. Last year I submitted my son's application online and all schools in my area at the time was oversubscribed. He is grade 8 this year. We moved in October to strandfontein I went to the strandfontein high school submitting his application and they told me they will return with a response for all late admissions new year. I spent a week going back and forth to school and they kept saying they haven't attended yet but because he is in the area he has first privileges. I never heard back his been home for two weeks. I have a email trial to the department going as far back as November and still now nothing. I am a single mother I cannot take anymore time off to go back and forth. There is no other school close enough for him as his literally around the corner. Please I need someone to help me
I have been a client of capitec for over 15 years and the last two weeks I have experienced the worst service ever. Firstly I had to block my card as a US company has been taking funds from it. Then 2 days ago I saw another local company Inaconnect taking R95 for the last two months as Debi check that I did not approve. I called capitec they gave me a number to call however this number just rings for this company. The company has no website and reported as scamming. My question is what is capitec going to do to assist me in getting my money back. I DID NOT APPROVE ANY DEBICHECK yet they were able to access my account. I don't work, that was all the money I had and I feel unsafe with my banking. If this is not resolved today I am going to social platforms and making it known how unsafe banking with capitec is.
You people debit my account twice with a Debi check I didn't authorize. I need my refund u do not work
I believe that this firm handles the legal and finance matters for Intellicell. I closed and paid up my account in 2019 yet every few months they still debit me. I am not working and a single mother. Sunday they debited the last money I have. I was told it will be refunded within three business days and I'm still waiting. This is a need as I said that was my last funds and I am now pass the point of furious and stressed. You people have no right
I had a contract with them and paid it up over a year ago. Over the last year they still manage to debit my account every few months and I am a single parent depending on this money. They told me I will receive a refund however its been 4 days. How do they debit peoples accounts that's suppose to be close. I want to take this matter further because this is a major problem.
I spent over two years collecting voda bucks and was not advised that it will expire. About 3 months ago I lost over 10 000 voda bucks and I want to know if vodacom is going to do anything to assist me with some sort of compensation not the small amount of vodabucks they left me with.
