Terrible waiter, Panaroti's Clearwater mall We went to Panaroti's Clearwater mall as a 3 member family. Two people who consume meat, and one vegetarian. On ordering, we pointed to every meal in the menu that was ordered for the table. For the vegetarian dish, a Avo del pollo was ordered. This is a vegetarian meal, and only availble in vegetarian. The meals were made and served, and the restuarant used real chicken in the dish, and served it to the vegetarian. Even worse, the waiters came back and attempted to convince us it was vegetarian! Even better, he waiter then brough the menu, and could not comprehend that plant based chicken strips was not chicken, his argument was that the menu read chicken. This is the worst service by an imobsil I have ever seen. The situation was well handled by the manager Caro, but already unfortunately speaks volumes for the care the waiters here take for customers, and their knowledge of the actual food they serve. The lengths they went to to have the gentle ma eat the order which is against his religion, and then trying to blame the customer did not paint a good picture on the entire establishment. So Panarotti's, I do believe you serve great meals, but if lying is the service you train your waiters to carry out, then I will never chance my life at any of your restaurants again. Had a problem recently where my Ford Fiesta went to this dealer for an engine light which kept on coming on. It went it about 4 times for the fault and then they stopped answering my mails when it yet again came on. I did not bother to book it in again. If your vehicle needs oil and spark plugs this is the dealer for for. If the fault is any more advanced, take it to a technically competent Ford dealer.
The sales pitch is a scam, non of what is discussed is actually on offer. in case you are called for this scam, remember, the sales person will discuss the opportunity to realize savings on holiday and travel, but obviously nothing is guaranteed, it is best attempt, with their supposed partners. They will relate travel bills to themselves and quote some numbers, you will even be shown a site which looks similar to booking.com, which shows incredible savings on accommodation on the spot. Once you pay and become a member, then you get the actual site, which is a joke. You will beat 90% of the prices by looking at booking.com, which gives you more choice in any case. The flight prices are cheaper on cheapflights.com. What it may be good for is having an agency book your holiday including all flights and accommodation as a turn key deal, much like a travel agent, but you wont have to pay a travel agent R20000k upfront, and they actually have better pricing than you can get as an individual.
This review is hopefully to prevent others from losing money to unscrupulous businesses like this one. On the 03/12/2018 I paid the owner of carport and steel specialists, Kobus, R6230 for three steel gates I required. This was the deposit he asked for which was 70% of the total figure. Kobus has since run with the money, refuses to answer my calls, and it is apparent he will not be doing the work or returning the money. Please be very aware when dealing with this company if in fact it is a real company. Kobus appears like a well dressed and professional person, he will take measurements and even provide some pre-sales service like asking the type of installation, colours, etc, once the deposit is handed over, then he will buy time with excuses and finally complete silence. Their quote indicates that they operate from the Lyttleton, Pretoria area.
Dear Sir/Madam Please find my sales order number for Vodacom Fibre below: SO171 ********** 65 If you look at the date you will notice it was signed in November. I have called Real promotions, your provider diligently to get the fibre installed. Let me be the first to tell you that you are dealing with a joke of a company who are completely clueless on how your, or its own process should work. I am now dealing with these idiots that you have elected to be the face of your fiber service provider service, and it is a direct reflection on you. Your service is pathetic, can you please schedule this install immediately, or at least inform me that you cannot and I will go else where.

We have been with oneplan for a number of years, and the customer service over the years has improved significantly, and I would say it is a pleasure phoning the call centre as the agents are professional and knowledgeable.</p> <p> </p> <p>To all the kind ladies and gentlemen at universal, (especially Rene who did most of the administration of the dreaded disease portfolio), i must reiterate a humble thank you for all your time getting the requests and payments processed timeously, handling all my queries, and most importantly putting up with me when processes took too long and I wanted resoution. Not once did I get an ugly response from anyone I dealt with in the department, even though i may have provoked a few of you a few times.</p> <p> </p> <p>As with any service provider of this type, I think there are bound to be "ups" and "downs". My 4Mbps line runs at 0.09Mbps download and 0.08 Mbps upload.<br> <br> Absolutely pathetic. In short, I submitted a quote for three dents on a scratch and dent policy. The repairs came to R3300 abouts, the policy covers up to R3000. Fine and well.<br> <br> I also have an initial quote for R7000 for the same three dents. I argued that as I did not think it was fair and the bill came down to R3300, which I still feel is high as they are paint-less dent removal dents.<br> <br> So I am told sorry, not covered as it is too expensive, also you must show proof of payment for the three dents currently there or I am not covered for any further claims on this plan.<br> <br> So, if you must waste your time by taking this product, don't get swindled, get the quote from a price conscious repairer first time around, remember limit is R3000, because you may not requote and then you will have to show proof of payment for the dents to ensure you can continue to claim for the insurance you pay/paid for.

The line has had problems since December, and I have logged about four calls for the line until now.<br> <br> This service works erratically, and then not. When it does the speed is not at all up to standard.<br> <br> After logging the call, it takes about a week for you to actually work on the problem, and the line is back to broken the next day. Your service delivery is next to non existent.<br> <br> The line has been working for two days now, which is impressive, but a speed test on the line shows 0.22 Mbps download and 0.13 Mbps upload for my 4Mbps line. I know that ADSL is a best effort service, but that speed is akin to no effort. The speed is not acceptable and is barely usable.<br> <br> The problems though have only started in December, before this I was happy with the speed and availability.<br> <br> Please inform me if this can be fixed at all, or I should be considering other options for my internet needs.
