Wish I could give a zero star for the service and assistance from SMD technologies, we bought a ***eon breast pump from baby city 6 .months ago in preparation of the arrival of our baby girl... she has come and my partner has been using it for 2 weeks and it works on and off .. SMD has the audacity to ask for us to drop the pump off so they can look at it and try fix it.. even after explaining my partner needs to pump and by giving it back she will not be able to pump.. I would stay away from any brand that SMD technologies looks after..
I wish I could give a zero star on this review: REF: F338894 We purchased a sealy mattress from Bedcenter in August 2021. The Value of the mattress was R14k. I first complained to bed center in April 2024 stating there is something wrong with mattress.. they never followed up and nor did I. This last month the bed has gotten worse, which a spring pieced the bed covers and went into my pregnant wife back.. We called right away and then carried on following up until they came to have a look. The bed still looks in perfect condition but one small stain as it is now 3 years old. We have since been told in order to replace the bed we have to pay R3800 for warranty fees and additional R2500. This is day light *******.. how do you charge to replace a bed which your own assessors have advised its faulty.. we spend money on Sealy as we expect to get a good quality mattress that will last 10 years and more, and not have to be replaced at our expense every 3 years. I would advise anyone reading this to stay away from sealy brand and rather trust another brand. The service we have recieved is shocking and unless we follow up there is no communication.
After waiting 2 months to take my car in due to the parts availability, I finally got my car booked in on the 9th of July 2024 and was told 10 to 15days for me to get my car back. I then followed up and was told that they required an additional part which took an additional 4 days to receive. My Advisor does not call to give up dates, the car has now been there for 20 days and still no time when I will receive my car. I have called on numerous times to try speak to a Manager but I am constantly met with that the managers are in meetings and I will get a call back and yet until today I have not received a call back... I would definitely not recommend dropping your car at Renew-IT Rivonia.
I have been a customer with Outsurance for the past 14 years.... after maybe putting through 5 claims in those 14 years... 2 weeks ago I put a claim in as my one bedroom wall connected to the bathroom started to peel and the flooring and skirtings started to show water damage.... Outsurance has declined my claim as its a waste gate within the wall something that is completely out of my control and I can't even see it.... I have never had issue before but this is now the second claim in 6 months that I am having issues with... also the lady dealing with my claim is unfortunately not interested in listening to my issue and just wants to close the claim from her side... I now will have to rethink if I should be staying with Outsurance and/or maybe move my 2 cars and my house to another insurance company as if this is how you treat people that have been with you for 14 years I feel sorry for people just about to join Outsurance... I would personally not recommend Outsurance going forward.
worst insurance company, can't listen to simple instructions from months ago... also raising monthly contributions by more then 12%. Trying to make a claim as my pool put was struck by lighting and there fine print states that you need to pay R4500 excess for power surges and lighting when my excess states R1000. I would not recommend
I would honestly not recommend TRSS as a armed response, been with TRSS only for 2 months and already a lot of problems and promises too fix the problems yet nothing has been done. I have requested to cancel my subscription and again the accounts team are not delivering what I want.
Pathetic service not even a day with them and already having a issue... I would not recommend
I first contacted DSTV on the 17th February 2021 to enquire about DSTV price lock via the whetsapp chat as there phone systems is terrible and doesn't direct you to a human being.... (trying to save money with **** AI technology). I have now contact DSTV 3 more additional times to get someone to phone me and over a month later no one has contacted... can someone freaking help me....
all i can say is they are pathetic, very quite to deduct my monthly levies but when it comes to sorting out the issue they not willing to help... i have been complaining about a leak in one of my rooms for the past year.... the leak is coming from the geysers that have burst in the past from other units... we have submitted a claim but gets rejected..... my unit now is getting mold on the wall and still Angor is not willing to assist me..... If you have to rent our buy a unit and see that Angor is the property management team i advise to look somewhere else.
