Such poor customer service for online orders. Placed an order only to find item in nos ins stock and they haven’t processed my refund told to expect payment on the 25of March when order was cancelled by them on th 5th of March. Such an inconvenience. Placed another order an was promised delivery on the 14th of March still no order received no communication whatsoever your online service is horrible, very poor, will never buy online again.
This is the worst insurance ever, registered a claim on the 15th of Dec, early Jan got told car is a write off and still waiting for the car to be settled, it’s the 4th of March, there’s no communication of the status of your claim unless you call them, everyday it’s a different story. I regret taking this insurance I’ve been paying for a written off car for 3months now but I had full comprehensive cover paid my premiums deligently and this is the treatment that I got! ******* insurance, they have no care whatsoever for their clients and very inconsiderate.
Mtn SA is a ****mer. I have paid R1934 for a M2M 5G router that I have only used for a month which barely has coverage. The subscription is R499 and I made an online purchase and paid R547, router was delivered and they claim they never allocated the initial payment, flagged my status as a bad payer with the bureau negatively impacting my rating. Submitted bank statement as proof of purchase and they say that the statement isn’t sufficient as proof is payment. I regret the day I chose with network as it has caused nothing but misery in my life. I’ve been calling for over 15 days still being told the issue is being escalated, this network is totally utter ******* 💯💯💯
I wrote a negative review a week ago about the service I had received from the branch and got a response from a lady named Alletta who was very considerate and gave me a clear directive on what to do. Metropolitan life refused to register a claim I’m making on behalf of my mother who had a funeral policy with them covering her parents, she is deceased and I was the beneficiary for her claim and when I went to claim for my grandfathers passing they refused to register claim even though I had all the relevant documents for the policy owner as well as the deceased parent. Do we also need to bring the body to the office for them to process claim as well???
On the 23rd of Dec 2015 I fell at height around 9am and wad rushed to kingsway hospital casualty centre and was attended by a GP that was on shift. She had asked where I felt pain and mentioned that the top part of my right hand was extremely painful and the bottom was numb and couldn't make it sit or stand straight. She sent me to x-rays and report came back and they told me I had no fracture and should be grateful it's a soft tissue and they put a back slab for support and to come follow up on the 27th of Dec. During the waiting period I was feeling excruciating pain I couldn't sleep and when I went on the 27th for a follow doc on call sent for x-rays and found I had a fracture on my right humerus and needed an operation.... how can a doctor be so negligent and wrongly diagnose a patient.... very disappointed and will never refer anyone to that hospital.
After I had lodged a complaint about not getting feedback regarding the repairs of my laptop my case was assigned to a guy called Mzwandile Kubheka. I was very impressed with the way he handled my case from the moment the laptop was sent to the service center I was notified each day of the progress to the day it was sent back to the store. Repairs happened quicker and laptop returned to my possession as brand new.<br> <br> Thank you to Mzwandile the service I received from him was what I was expecting from the store with such high caliber. I sent in my laptop MacBook Pro on Wednesday 10:30am 25/11/2015 for repairs, I was told that it will be done in 2 hours and should come to collect it after 2hrs. When I came back around 4pm the technician told me the laptop was taking so long to be fixed I should leave it and they will phone me when its ready. I left the contact details and did not receive any documentation or reference number as proof that the laptop was in their possession. Days went by until Friday 27.11.15 without any feedback, that morning I called the call Centre and was told that they will send the store urgent call back and they will call me as soon as possible. Nothing happened till 4:30pm I had to call the call Centre again and only then they managed to put me through the store manager who had apologized for the inconvenience and promised to send me the reference number by close of business that day, still today I am awaiting their reference number and feedback.<br> <br> This is really frustrating as I can't even trace how far they are with the repairs. Apple is such an expensive brand and you will expect to get the best service I am very disappointed.
I had this insurance from November 2012 till now. I have called the insurance company to add on my existing policy and was asked if any member of my household or myself have undergone debt reviewing counseling and I am currently under debt review and it resulted in them cancelling my policy at the end of the month (30.06.2015). This was not disclosed on my policy schedule and would want my premiums to be paid back as this was not disclosed from the beginning.
