Someone from MFC called on the 27th November 2025 to offer value added product on my vehicle, on the 28th i asked that the policy be cancelled, a person by name of Katlego responded that it has been cancelled, i called MFC Nedbank now, Yhey say policy was again opened on the 4th December without my consent, this is *****. They have deducted for 2 months and when u called they say cancellation takes 48hrs, how? After I was told it’s cancelled in November 2025 already. Now the lady i spoke to hang up on me, phone went as if it’s a technical error on their side and subsequently hunged up. The policy number 0000115795
I have ordered clothes on Shein on the 30th March 2024 I contacted buffalo international logistics and I was told my parcel is with intertown couriers, it was delivered by Buffalo long time last week on the 10 th April. It has been on them since it’s already past 13 day to no receipt. I have 2 parcels, BUFZA6033451531YQ and BUFZA6030635231YQ. I am home based and no delivery was made. I can’t even get hold of them and they are now lying to say it was delivered in wrong branch, I have been using same address since 2021 to shein

I ordered my parcel from Shein on the 30 March 2024, I phoned buffalo logistics to inquire I was told they have shortage of drivers, it’s almost 15 days now, the Shein app says it’s on route for delivery since the 9th of April 2024. My tracking numbers are BUFZA6030635231YQ and BUFZA6033451531YQ
I’m writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience at ZARA store in Canal Walk Western Cape, I attempted to make a return on Wednesday the 20 March regarding the item I bought for my child on the 15th March. Unfortunately when I got home, the items could not fit her as expected. I intended to return it for refund at the store, I lost the actual slip, I spoke to the floor manager, regrettably I was informed it is against their policy to accept returns without a slip, I had bank statement as proof of purchase to facilitate the return. I was disappointed to learn that despite my willingness to provide alternative proof of purchase, the manager did not want to accept it. Alternative could have been made to check on their system the transactions made on the 15th, my purchase would have appeared. Ihope that your customer service policies and practices can improve in terms of returning or exchanging items. This is very frustrating as a loyal customer of the store.
My name is Sanga, a tenant residing at 47 kwartel park, i paid my rent for the past 3 years without a fail.I have had a very bad treatment by the agent, her name is Elria de Swart. I have been a resident in this apartment since 2019 February up to date. My flatmate left the flat in December2021, I only noticed when I came back from the Eastern Cape. I call Elria, she did not pick up, she got back to me to say "she is on leave what is the problem" for a moment I couldn't answer, I asked when is she getting a replacement, she told me I responsible for tenant 2's January rent. I asked her how can I be responsible for her rent? Tenant 2 sent an email to Elria that she is relocating to another province and she is terminating her contract. Now when I asked Elria, she said to me I'm responsible for tenant 2 rent, 2 days later she changed her statement and told tenant 2 to pay her rent as it was short notice which I believe it should have been like that from the beginning. Tenant 2 responded to say she will pay the rent. Now Elria sent an email to me asking what is my plan because I will not stay in the whole flat and pay only for my room, I then asked her why am I included in this whole scenario? She gave me 3 options to say 1. I must move out 2. I must put the whole flat on my name. 3 I must send a notice to move out in 20 days because it is difficult for them as administrators to keep on drafting contracts for different tenants. I then asked her why is she applying different rules that are not in the contract?her response was "I'm not applying different rules, If you think it's different then believe it yourself it's your problem " I them sent an email to her because I could see she has a problem with me. I asked, if I leave the flat will I get my deposit back?her response was yes if we get people on time, I then sent another email, what guarantee that I will get my deposit back because my contract only ends in November and you want me to move out now, she changed her statement to say I will only get my deposit if tenant 2 pays the outstanding amount she owes. I feel so abused in this whole scenario. I asked her, is it not your job to look for another tenant if she leaves, why am I in the middle of this? What must I do if a person wants to move out. She said it's a lot of Admin for her to draft a contract, I then asked, is it not part of your job to draft contracts? She replied with a long email giving me the same options which are not fair to me. Why is she saying I must leave the flat? My contract only ends in November, and According to my understanding, I can only leave the flat when I find a replacement to take over my contract. I told her I have advertised my room so that I can move out and get my deposit to be able to pay on another place, 1 person came to view and I gave him Elria email, she responded to the person that they want a person to occupy the whole flat,she rejected that person. Now I'm stuck because I want to move out due to bad treatment and now she refuses people and she is giving me different answers when I ask when am I getting my rent back. I have all emails conversations between me and her. When I refer to the contract, she says I'm misunderstanding the terms. In 2020 January I wanted to move out to stay closer to my work, she told me I must get a replacement, I struggled to get, I stayed, my then roommate got a replacement because she didn't want to stay with other people if I leave so she left, I got other flatmates, they stayed for 3months and left because they couldn't abide the rules of the flat, caretaker kept on coming to reprimand them, I also reported their behavior to Elria, her response was, they are kids I must understand, I sent her pictures of blood in the bathroom, pictures of them partying whole night, clothes hanged on the window, she got angry and said I must deal with them she can't intervene, if I want to move I must move, I argued with Elria because is she spoke to them atleats they would have listened, but she blocked me on whatsap when I kept on complaining. I advertised my room, again with no luck because the people were not approved. The tenants that were troublesome left and find a place in kraaifontein, I the other one moved in and left in December because she moved out of cape town. From all of this movement, no inspection was done in the flat, the only inspection done was when I've in 2019 and that was it, I do not have a problem with that. I kept this flat clean and neat, even Christelle that worked with her came to collect a contract and left a remark that the flat is neat compared to the other flats. Elria is duly treating me very bad, now she wants me to move out because my flatmate left, forgetting that the contract ends in November. I told her that I will pack my things and leave on the 26 Feb as she wants me to, but I want my deposit because she rejected the person I got to replace my room. Now she says she will not give my deposit, until she finds a person to occupy the whole flat, what if she doesn't?why am I told to move out just because my flatemate left? this is unfair practice towards me. Now I'm forced to move out and yet she won't give my deposit back. I signed a contract that ends in November 2022 unless I get a replacement but she refuses me to get replacement. I'm writing this here because I want a third person to intervene in this regard as she will not give the owners details to report her.
i have lodged a complaint regarding fraudulent policy that was opened by liberty life financial advisor, NONDUMISO NYANTSA on my name, up to date, no one has got back to me with feedback and my money not yet paid into my account. policy number 0073250203. i have sent all necessary documents requested to no response up to date. Sizwe Ncipha from Liberty life that responded never got back to me after i sent an email to him requesting all documents that was loaded on their system. LIBERTY LIFE SCAMING PEOPLE!!!
NONDUMISO NYANTSA, a financial advisor of Liberty Life fraudulently opened a policy on my name, Zoliswa Mapasi Zoliswa Mapasi and T Khosi are beneficiaries with an insured amount of R30 000.00 each. Had I not checked my payslip, I wouldn't have seen all of this. The lady that assisted me on Liberty life complaints department sent a copy of the policy, I do not know where Bhisho is, I don't even know the beneficiaries and the financial advisor.policy number 0073250203
I bought a front loader machine at Makro Cape Gate, it doesn't spin,it doesn't wash, it just rinses the clothes off. I logged a call to Makro and was given reference number 1449545, technician called to come and do the job, his number is 079704803, he phoned me and asked what is the problem, I told him and then he said he will come after 20 minutes, I gave him my address, he kept on calling asking for directions even though I gave him the address, he called and then he said he will firt attend to another person because im waisting his time and he is not employed by Makro, I then phoned makro and they told me that my call was closed, the technician attended to me and closed the call, so the lady assisted and she said she escalated the call and a technician will come again. Yesterday, Friday the 19th of March I received a call from number 0210010681 the person said he is calling from Defy and that I must either go to Makro or Makro will bring a new machine to my place, so I told him that I will go there, he gave me reference number 1432489, I went to Makro and was attended by salesperson that assisted when I bought the machine, his name is Jeanette Du Plessis, very unethical behavior, he said he did not receive anything from Defy informing Makro to give another machine to me, he said I must take my machine back and then defy must send the paperwork to him...this i very disturbing as I had to make provisions to get the machine to makro and no one assisted instead I had to take the machine back..I want Defy and Makro to bring a new machine to me within 5 working day and collect this one that is not working. Its very disappointing to buy a faulty product
