Saxby Steers - Stay away. Bought 5 Wacky's. Disgusted - no tomato, tiny lettuce, and a tiny bit of sauce with a putty. I wish I could share the photos of this. You cannot even Etat this because is like eating a piece of dry bread. Very Very Disappointed
What a major disappointment. Bought 2 x20 F/Earth Severe weather on the 11 Sept. Pay price what was R 899 and got my 10% discount because I am a pensioner. When I bought another 20 Lt on the 18 Sept. Price still R 899 - but when you go to pay for it they load it as R 929 and not R 899. Reason they say because according to them this is on special. QUESTIONS: Why is their a price different from the previous week? Why is the "special" not loaded as a SPECIAL on their catalogue. I have tried numerous times explain to the manager - show me where is this listed as a special, but she did not even care to look and just walk away while I was still talking? LAST TIME for me at BUILDERS. I hope Chamberlains close them down
Never never again - I have been using the shell station at Hendrik Verwoerd drive in Hennops for more than 2 years. This will stop as from now due to the experience I had received from the car wash. Took my fist car at 12 this morning and it was second in front. Pick this up at 13H45 and left my second car there for washing. Was 2nd in the q. When arriving there at 15H30 I could see the water is drying my car and car that was not even there when I dropped my car was completed in the wash bay. When I asked why ... the one guy said that they will start with your car now. This is totally unacceptable. Why completing cars that came after me. So this is costing me just another R60 of fuel because I have to travel twice and wasted another hour of my day. Thank you SHELL - YOU have destroyed my SUNDAY
No wonder the shop is so empty. I placed an order at Rads mall Barceloss per telephone and was told the order will be ready in 15 minutes. When I (61 years old) arrived there 25 minutes later with my Jack Russel (14 years) on a lease and walk into the empty store (no clients) all hell broke loose. The lady at the till scream at me NO ANNIMALS NO ANNIMALS .. Even the security run into the shop. I responded don't treat me like a ******** and said that I did not see the sign. There is ways to talk to clients if this is the rule. Even the food was not even ready. In my life I was never so humiliated and turned away and decided NEVER NEVER too use any Barcelos again.
Normally when an item has a limit per client – it is always indicated on the adverti*****t. Well you are going to be surprised – I tried to buy 4 cases of Savanna - advertised in the checkers catalog for R 299.99 per case (No limit per client was set on the adverti*****t) I was at Hyper Checkers at Centurion Mall last week - trying to buy 4 cases of savanna, but the teller informed me - that the Regional Manager informed them, they are only allowed to sell 1 per client. I was so upset and returned to the store a week later asking to speak to the Store Manager and to report this matter. The Manager on duty name is Jeanette. After explaining to her what happened the previous week - I ask her the number of the Regional manager for me to launch an official complaint. She refused my request and to top this of she said: Checkers has the option to limit the stock per client even if this is not advertised like this. (According to her, this in the small print under term and conditions) My answer to her – using an example – So in the future, I will have to phone the checkers store first, to find out if they will allow me to buy 4 bottles of mayonnaise that is on special. She refused to give me an answer. So guys - rather go to Pick and Pay – I never experience this with them before. Surely the 10k I have spent on checkers monthly – they won’t miss it, because they are to big.
I am a loyal DSTV support form the early 90's but why changing the Sunday night movie with Love Island. Why why !!!! This SUCKS - why using this slot for this bull****. I hate it and I believe other subscribers too. Please use another slot and do not try to promote stuff on the place of Sunday Night movie. REALLY DISAPOINTED !!!!
What a joke - Took photo's Bought a barrel of chicken. When I got the bucket it was only 65% full and the lid not like the old days - Just a piece of paper that does not even fit. Where is the old days, where the chicken pieces size was so for them to push the chicken down the get the lid on. I wish I can upload my photo's This was my last time

The Stir Fry's x3 I have ordered reduced in size (as it was before) and we have counted the max pieces of chicken visible was 6 Plus the web site advertise the price as R42.90 but I have paid R49.90 2.) The Chicken Schwarma has no chicken on and this was just salad, salad and salad. The price on the web site advertise the price as R53.90 (with chips) but I have paid R58.90. The experience was so bad that I will never go back. The question that comes to mind, is the staff not taken the chicken and the public must absorb this? Both of my Sons - did receive discount vouchers in 2018 for 50% discount on non discounted items. I have been a client with Edgars for more than 30 years but have never received a promotion like this - Is this because you don not worry about old card holders ?
<p>Nando’s Jean Crossing will never see me in my life. Bought ¼ chicken meal / full portion liver and Hot Pot. When arrived at home the buns was on top of the packet but a ¼ size in height. The livers the sauce not even visible. I did not even look at the Hot Pot. Tried to phone the store - 6 times with no success - just ringing. Drove back to the store (15 Km) and ask for the Manager. What a bad experience I had, and all of this is on a video clip file I took on my phone.</p> <p>Firstly the so called manager ask me what is wrong with the buns. So shocked with the manager response: I replied that this is not the standard I am used too for buns to be flat like this. Secondly when complained about the livers – the manager told me again I have to ask for extra sauce. I always buy at Nando’s lifestyle without any issues and there liver does have sauce. The overall body language and the way the manager spoke to me was a shocker. When I asked for a refund and told the manager that I am recording this – she was not happy at all. With the refund the “manager” cannot even work the correct amount out to pay me back, because I forgot to load the Hot Pot back into the packet when I left home. On the video she returns to the till and bring another R 20 that was short. The end of the day - I was so cross and did not even buy any other food for my kids, just because of the way I was treated. Not even to mention the cost for me to travel back. The Hot Pot still at home – will take it back when I pass their again. Very disappointed</p> <p> </p>
