Total Ninja Management, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the appalling treatment my family and I received during our recent visit to your Gateway branch. We had come to your facility to attend a children’s party with approximately 20 other guests, expecting a fun and memorable experience for the kids. Unfortunately, the visit turned into a distressing ordeal due to the unacceptable behavior displayed by your staff. Upon arrival, the assistant Ayanda at the front till was extremely rude and unprofessional. She was conversing with another staff member in a different language while serving us, which felt exclusionary and disrespectful in a customer-facing environment. The situation quickly escalated when she suddenly began shouting at me without any provocation. When I attempted to address this and explain my side, your supervisor, Dineo, showed absolutely no willingness to listen. Instead, she made the shocking decision to remove me, my husband, and our 3-year-old daughter from the facility—without a proper discussion or investigation into the matter. Even more concerning, the situation took a racial turn, with staff treating me differently and unjustly accusing me, an Asian woman, of taking unauthorized photos—without presenting any proof to support their claim. Dineo went as far as to threaten to cancel the entire party, affecting 20 children, unless we left immediately. This kind of ************ and ************** is completely unacceptable. I am appalled by the lack of basic interpersonal skills and professionalism your staff demonstrated. It was clear they were overwhelmed by the busy environment and chose to escalate the situation instead of resolving it with fairness and empathy. I genuinely question how your staff are hired and what kind of training they receive, especially in handling high-pressure situations and customer complaints. I am deeply disappointed and do not recommend Total Ninja to anyone seeking a welcoming, family-friendly environment. This experience has left us hurt and humiliated, and I sincerely hope your management team takes immediate action to investigate and ensure such conduct is not repeated. Do better. Families come to your venue to celebrate, not to be shouted at and discriminated against. I request a formal response regarding how this matter will be addressed.
I’ve had 2 contracts with MTN for the past +-6 years which have ended on the incorrect date and I’ve been billed out of special rates. I have never experience this ever with MTN. During the previous years when my contract ended, I was not charged the normal rates and I upgraded all my contracts on Black Friday or Black Friday weekend. I did the exact same thing this year in 2022 for both contracts. I visited the MTN Gateway store on the 26/11 to cancel my contracts and was told my bill is R3443 for two contracts on my profile. I had taken these contracts on the 25/11/2020 and the contracts should have ended on the 25/11/2022. I have seen all the details on your system at MTN and I am very disappointed that being with MTN for so long and my contracts ended earlier than expected. Even if I did upgrade my contracts, I would still need to pay this amount as per the consultant. The consultant mentioned it ended on my billing date the 11th of the month which is incorrect. I was robbed of a whole 2 weeks of my data and over charged incorrectly. The two contracts in question are, 081******* and 060 *******. I’ve called the call Centre several times, put in a query with retention dept since my cancellation and been to the MTN Pavilion store to cancel again, but I was still unlucky. I'm currently holding on the line for cancellations and nobody seems to answer for the past 20min. These contracts have not yet been cancelled and nobody has gotten back to me with regards to the over charges. I have several reference numbers that have been opened and closed with no actual result. The very last reference number was 1-2***********6. I need these contracts to be cancelled today with immediate effect and for the amounts to be reversed. I do not want to be billed again at a high amount for the next month as I have already sent through cancellation on the 26/11/2022. Please contact me on 082 ******* as I have switched off the above MTN numbers from being billed incorrectly any further.
My complaint is directed at RAM Couriers whom Vodacom chooses to use for their delivery for online purchases. Vodacom should not use them at all, their turn around time for delivery is pathetic. Their call center agents and drivers are incompetent, rude and arrogant. They had informed me my delivery was to take place on Wednesday, which did not happen. They mentioned they had called me over 2 days, which is a lie. No verbal communication from their side was made apart from an SMS. I had to call RAM Courier for answers on my delivery which they lied about being on the way to me. The delivery guy told me to hurry up, which I found was very rude after waiting 3 full days for my delivery. He was very rude, arrogant and unhelpful. I believe it was Pravesh and Elwin that made the delivery. This is not only a bad reflection on RAM but has an impact on Vodacom's image. Vodacom should relook at their choice of courier service. I will advise anyone not to purchase online with Vodacom only because of their delivery services. It was very frustrating waiting for my package and then having a rude person deliver it 3 days later.
Hi I had tried calling the Vodacom Galleria store today 4 times. Each time I held on for an assistant, someone had answered and then cut me off. It is rather frustrating as I could hear people and shuffling in the back ground before the calls being cut. I had even greeted several times with no response. Is the type of customer service we deserve for being with Vodacom for more than a decade? I urgently require assistance. Thanks
I had called the contact call centre twice today and had been placed on hold for 20min and second call for 30min. I have been trying to get a hold of the Legal Dept to follow up a query for my deceased dad and with no luck still have not got a hold of anyone. I have a reference number which I produced twice but no one could help. My first call was to Thatho in Accounts, then Sibongile in Cancellations then to someone in Legal Dept whom did not answer TWICE. I am trying to close of my late dad's contracts and would like someone that can help me to please contact me. This is really death delaying!

Surely this could be seen before preparing, cooking, packaging the order.</p> <p> </p> <p>However, this is evidently not done within the store. This is a total put off.</p> <p>I had ordered several items from the menu and the food had not been or good chicken licken standard.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have photos of the food item as well as till slips of my order. </p> <p> </p> <p>Please contact me soonest.</p> <p> </p> <p>Very disappointing and disgusted.</p>

Purchased a gown from the Fabric and Bridal world on Commercial Road.<br> Paid a R1000 deposit, it was not even 24hrs and the store does not want to return the deposit.<br> The store only wishes to pay R210 which is 20% of the selling price for the gown.<br> <br> That is a total rip off.<br> I appeal to many not to purchase from the store as they are a total rip off. <br> The customer service is pathetic and management is untrained.
