The lady Maria Davo came to collect a parcel and refused to come up and also was so rude on the phone and when she came up after i waited forever she just grabbed the parcel from my hand without me handing it over and then she just walked away and left the building.
Absolutely terrible support, and no response to emails or phone calls. The cricket was abandoned due to rain and no overs bowled and as per the T&C's all ticket holders will be refunded within 3 days, but it has been 9 days, 3 emails later and like 4 phone calls and still no answer or response from ticketpro at all.
Absolutely terrible support from this company when having a geyser replaced under warranty when they say their turn around time is 24 hours and 30 hours later I still have no hot water even after calling 2 times to arrange as they don’t ever call you back when they say they would, I would not recommend anyone use them, I am surely not using them ever again.
This company is a **** and is not actually selling Apple Products.
I am waiting on a refund for more than 3 weeks now and when I email I sometimes do not even get a response, also I raised this with them as they just left it and had the payment parked for refund without any action.
The owner takes forever to get back to you and in most cases just ignores you and also now after it is installed 7 weeks later then the one shelve is too low on the bed and she does not respond on how it can be fixed, also after arranging delivery they did not pitch up and I had to reschedule and work my day around them to get it on another day in the evening which is very poor as she does not communicate at all it take in your calls.
So I renewed my contract and they made a mistake and made it over 36 months, when I called in to change it they said they have to cancel it and re-do it or re-imburse me for the extra 12 Months, but it has been more then 1.5 Months and I am still waiting and every time I call in they say that I will get a call back and that they are working on it, such shocking service and I think it is time to move to a new provider after 15 years.

Worst experience ever to just change a size of a jeans as they cannot do it on the weekend and then they won't even do a refund in Sandton as they have no sizes, we then we're told to go to Mall of Africa and they got sizes and they also were not willing to assist for an exchange and they have the correct size.
My SR has been closed but my Fiber is still offline and my line was activated by Vumatel as they were onsite and Vodacom has still not done their part again and left me without a connection for another day now and all that was required was to apply the correct package to the account of which they said was done this afternoon after speaking to the agent and it seems like it was done again and now we are going on day 15 without a connection. I would not advise anyone to ever use vodacom fiber, they do not care about their clients needs at all.
