RM Construction Build a Outside Braai Area for me from Jul 21 till Aug 21. At first I was very happy with the work, and owner looked like he know what he was doing. Until i start questions some of work they doing and could see there is problem going to come from this. Gerrit van Niekerk cant take any criticism or complaints when a client is unhappy. He rather send his foreman to face the music then him as the owner. I think the big mistake i made here was trusting him and I always paid upfront thought that he would honor there work. I had endless problem with Roof leaking currently - at this point where it's damaging the tiles that is in side and other appliance. We gave him numerous change to fix it, but he always has a excuse, he is now costing me much more money as I need to fine someone to fix it. I would not recommended this Building Company at all, owner got a bad attitude towards clients and runs away when problems happen, he rather blame other people and give attitude towards customer then sorting it out. I need to warn other home owners or even companies want to use this, maybe he give other better service to corporate companies but home owners service is bad and work is 100% unactable. He operates from Bergbron and do work all over Randburg / Sandton etc. When we complain he just full of stories and seems running away.... Even when they handed the project over Gerrit van Niekerk did not come and see what his people did, that just told me he is not proud on the work. Now that's is raining I have such a bad leaks on the roof we cant even enjoy the braai in Winter currently. Please be vigilant when using this company.
I have been a customer more then 8 years and since day one i have gotten the best services.. There is always some hiccups like any business but i can recommend them to any one.. Thank you for always be there for your clients.
For the last two months Vodacom as been over charging us with Data. Data would run out we would reload with 2GB and then 2min later the data is done and then we get another sms saying Data depleted. When we lodge the complaint with vodacom you get call center agents that treat you like you stupid, but then they don't know I am in the IT field and highly qualified but they think you stupid trying to explain how this and that. The more I that is the exert telling them that in 8 years this has never happen the more they say it's the phone and nothing wrong on there side. So i refused to pay for that extra charges on your account and now they have just suspended our Account and both numbers due to that our account is out standing. Now they saying we must pay all outstanding money, and if a credit is due they will credit... Now they hurting my business as when i cant call my customers we loose money so it's a circle so now forcing you to pay just like Telkom used to do. I don't free data i want the over charge on the Data credit to the account we have been customer more than 20years and our average account is about R3.5K month and now we getting this treatment. This is not acceptable at all, but this how they bully us as customers. The problem is still not resolved and they still blaming the customer who is me here and there level 1 support don't know what they talking about as when i ask them a expert question they don't understand and cant answer. I'm going to go all the way with this matter to different papers websites etc as I'm tired of this disrespect they giving to us as customers.
I wish to bring the following to your attention before i take it to the next step. According to websites Clinic hours of Medicross Meldene in Melville for a Sunday/PH is 08:00 to 13:00. On Sunday 15 October 2017 i was the first patient to arrive at the clinic at 07:55 i walked in they opened by file (which is very big as we supporting that medicross for over 10 years). I asked who is the DR on duty today they said to me DR Johan Le Roux. @ 08:15 i asked the reception is the DR here as i feel very bad and chest very tight i need to see a DR. The receptionist told me that he is still on his way and because he lives in the West Rand he normally only arrive between 08:45 to 09:00 on a Sunday when it's turn to be on duty. When she said that i just said that is just not on at all as the clinc hours is from 08:00 and you expect to see the DR from that time... The reception totally agreed with me but there hands is tied as there is no DR around yet. At 08:40 he came walking in as there is no rush in the world... so my blood was boiling already by that time. He called my name and we sat at his desk, he did not even apologies at me for being late nothing and because I'm a very open speaking person i asked him why is he late when the Clinic open at 08:00 he tried to spin the same story he live's in the West Rand so it take's him longer to get to the Clinic i said to him that is not acceptable and he can at least leave earlier for clients. You could clearly see in his face that he don't really care and did not even respond, he still did not say at any time sorry about begin late. So i did some investigation as that's what i do and iv found out that when it's his weekend sometimes he only gets in @ 10:00 and then clinic full of sick people. This is a DR that don't care about the Medicross name or about the Meldene / Melville there are so many good DR's there and he is not 1 of them at all. I did not wanted make a issue when i paid the afterhours fee but i did not wanted to paid it at all as i feel it's not warranted when you get treated like this. Please note that i will give due time to look into this matter and hope to get feedback. If not then i will take it to the next step of complaining and then will lay a complaint about the the DR to the HPCSA and in the end it will bring the good name of Medicross - Netcare down. I really hope you will look into this matter urgently and get it resolved. I still need in writing a apology from DR Johan Le Roux about his non caring attitude towards clients. <p>I was very unhappy when I visited the FNB Woodmead Branch.</p> <p> </p> <p>I was standing in the que to get my ticket when Fiona given out the tickets ignore me and help the person behind be given him my ticket. She did not even apologise to me, she just spoke to him in there language, when I ask why she doing this she just answer me not back in English but back in here language...She was very disrespects full and racist towards me.</p> <p> </p> <p>I'm a private client and then i get that treatment from someone with no manners and help other clients that behind me and not me that is next in the que.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is very unacceptable and I’m going to this all the way not going just leave this here.</p> <p> </p>
The thing that makes me very upset is when you request a settlement on your vehicle finance and they send it to you. You pay the settlement you email them the proof and then it's not pickup or allocated to your account.<br> <br> We even paid more to get the paid and clear to them the same day. They will send you nasty sms when you behind in payments and all that, but in 4 years i have been client of them they did not had any issues but now that i settle my bill a year in advance they give you this bad attitude of you must wait till it show.<br> <br> They did not even wanted to put me to a supervisor or something to help and get it sorted.<br> <br> I just know that should i ever buy a new car again i wont use them at all not with this. I just want my Paid Up letter so that i can move on.<br> <br> This is why Nedbank is not a very popular bank there staff don't know what they doing and they don't got any customer service at all.<br> <br>
Since 02:00 this morning we have been at Netcare Garden City Hospital. Nightshift staff was not bad and were helpfull. The Dr on duty that seen my wife had some toof aches and left before we had the blood results. At 04:15 blood results came out and we were waiting for the replacing Dr. When Dr Monteith arrived you could see he was not happy to have been waken up and come out. When he entered my wife's cubicle he just ask me in rude and cocky way to leave so that he can give the results. I was not impressed about his attitude towards me.How can you explain to a sick patients that is drugged what the isdue are. Im sick and tiref of the GCC bad ER. There ER are not close to standard like the other Netcare hospitals.<br> <br> I find it not acceptable the attitude from the DR and that they dont want 1 family members with when the DR discuss the results. <br> <br> Wife had to get sonar at 08:30 wich happen but had to wait 60min for report and then it was not even busy. ER day staff are worse and dont even want to help they look @ you with such dumb look on there face.<br> <br> This complain going to be sent to Discovery and the Medical Council. We just had it with the ER Department of GCC.
