This has to be the most pathetic fibre company in the world!!!! App**** for fibre in June 2025 already. We have to make immediate payments to secure work done but still no Fibre in February 2026. I am starting to believe I was ****MED out of my money! Tried calling but no one answers.
2nd order in a row where the wrong product is delivered. Contacted customer service, got a reference number but nothing more. Does Makro only employ *********** idiots? The order even has a picture of the product and they still get it wrong.
Not even worth 1 star. Can not believe that a company like MAKRO uses this pathetic delivery service. Will definitely not use them ever by choice!!! Delivery was promised for Friday then I receive an sms to say they can't get hold of me. Complain to Makro. Driver's phone is off. Promised to receive my order on Saturday. Still waiting!! Useless and pathetic!!!

Useless pathetic ***********. Phone was ******. It has still not been blocked after a week!!!!! Got an ITC number on the first call. Had to call back 28 hours later. Sorry, it was never blocked. Then got a TUITC number but, the phone is still active. Definitely not protecting your paying customers. Useless is putting it nicely!!!!
Made deposits to my account. Received confirmation message. Today, 3 days later the money that was paid in and available is not there anymore. Not even showing the deposit on my transaction history. As if it never existed. Tried secure chat. No response. Phoned (after the idiot robot can't understand me) eventually got through just to be cut off. Pathetic. FNB is very fast becoming the worst bank in Africa!

You are definitely winning the award for the most incompetent company employing mostly idiots!!!!!! Upgraded my contract and requested a new Sim card for that upgraded number. Received the Sim card - on a new contract--NOT what we agreed. Called Telkom, New contract removed from my profile and upgrade done on old number but, SIM CARD CANCELED SO, NOT ABLE TO MAKE USE OF THE UPGRADE. Sure you will charge me as you are eager to run your debit order but useless to fix your incompetence.
My debit order went off my bank account. Meaning that my account was paid in full. Useless Telkom has in the mean time decided to block my account due to NON PAYMENT!!!!! Pathetic and useless. Can not reach anyone one the customer care line. GET THIS FIXED !!!! Very fast to collect money but pathetic to keep people connected!!!!!!!!!!!!
Sell Direct contacted me to upgrade one of my contracts. I told the sales guy what I wanted. He offered me what I asked and I asked him to confirm that the phone was as specified by me. He rectified me when I said 64MB and said it is GB. Guess what... Phone is only 32GB. I believe that this is fraud and purposefully deceit. And, he reminded me that the call was recorded. I want that recording and then I believe we will be going to ALL media platforms and the ombudsman. I can't believe that a company like Telkom needs to lie and scheme to get contracts sold. Pathetic actually!!!
