Forgot password, got OTP via phone, entered the OTP, then had to verify via email, another OTP, entered the OTP, then the account is blocked due to suspicious activity. Called the helpline, they then call the 'specialist department' and then they email the department and the reply will take 48hrs... not even my banks put me through this level of hassle.
Ballito Pick 'n Pay are cowards, racist cowards. I have used this store perhaps 30 times in the past year and never once was I stopped when entering with a trolley from checkers or Woolies because I am a white male... today my black partner was stopped and searched and harassed... This is cleaarly racial profiling and I will not stand for it. I have even confirmed with the till workers that the management are racist bullies... You know who you are and your time is almost up... What happened to innocent until proven guilty? The products in my handbag, pocket, carrier packets are not to be touched by Pick'nPay staff, if you suspect me of crime, call the police service, I do not consent to be searched or stopped and harassed by shop-staff or security. Just because unemployment and shop-losses are a real issue, should the innocent be subject to suspicion? This abuse only happens to black African nationals and the day will come when the citizens say no-more and you racist staff will pay - we will not forget!!
Worst, unskilled male nurse, shaking like junkie, stabbed my arm with the IV needle, went straight through the vein, hurt like bad and I'm not squeamish .. went with 2 friends, we were all going to get IV Therapy and this was my 2nd time at the Umhlanga branch, the other branches are staffed with competent nurses, but this chap called "Gift" was a butcher .... AVOID THIS BRANCH OF LIMITLESS IV BECAUSE THE OWNERS CARE LESS ABOUT PROFICIENT STAFF.
Col'cacchio Gateway, Umhlanga, Waited 45 minutes for pasta and then the manager, Sma, attempted to justify the wait on a full house but the next table arrived after us and ate and left before our food arrived.. never again. AVOID THIS PLACE
A few months back I bought a ZA-467-R ZARTEK Spotlight, 2200 lumens..... it was my 2nd ZARTEK.... the other one I got 5 years ago and it is still working well. This latest one has had 4 or 5 charges and the grip fell off and it no longer switches off. I no longer have the slip and I cannot go to the shop to replace it. Where is the Quality Control. ZARTEK has wasted my time and Money. I thought I liked this local product but this 2200 lumen thing is a big disappointment. I thought this is proudly South African, but it is like Trump said. Now what must I do ? I hope this company contacts me and sorts this out without me having to waste more time and effort... I don't want a repair or a replacement, I want my money back and I will get another brand... This spotlight is a poor design compared to the smaller torch. ZA-465 is a brilliant design, not this brittle plastic, it is robust. You guys failed with the 2200 Lumen rechargeable red-lens thing.
I made an appointment to see the Doc I explained to the receptionist that I have a phobia of Hospitals and Dr's waiting rooms, I told her I would wait in the car park for the appointment. She called and I ran through to the rooms & she had given my place to another patient. she told me to hang around for the next spot, I was not going to wait inside, I said "this is ridiculous" then she called me ridiculous - that is the care I received, a phobia is irrational, so don't call a patient 'ridiculous' ever. This is highly unprofessional. I am ill, I suffer with autoimmune issues and I am called ridiculous by the receptionist, who is she to judge me ? At times my condition gets so severe I feel suicidal, it took a lot to go there alone and then to be treated like a fool. Terrible service.
A pressing matter and no response after weeks of waiting and emailing. Avoid this company, they do not care about service.

I had my glass replaced on my favourite watch... the Hirsch Strap was also bought from Trigg, the strap cost more than the watch but the watch is priceless for me, it is highly sentimental.

I collected the watch and the lady told me they also polished the case.... sadly I came in without my reading glasses, so I didn't notice the damage done to my strap... obviously the buffing and polishing had caught the strap and made the holes.

I only noticed this once I was home, much later, as I rarely wear my prised watch and I travel a lot.

I am furious and disgusted by the sneaky, underhanded standard of conduct by both the technical watch repair person and the sales-lady, they both knew of the damage and they tried to pass it off without being honest.

I am absolutely appalled that a regular customer would receive such poor service.

I can afford the best, why would you then cheat me like I wouldn't care????

This is wrong on so many levels.

Firstly, Cavendish is wonderful when taking a leisurely stroll, browsing and dreaming, enjoying the relaxed mood. And then you are interrupted and halted by a pushy sales-person trying to sell you something that you didn't choose. When a sales-person thrusts themselves into your path, that is aggressive marketing, When the entire sales team are making an effort to 'catch' every single person going by, that is indiscriminate, carpet-bombing - agressive marketing.

But the fact that this untested, 'alternative' health benefit technology is being sold to the innocent poor people is just distateful and wrong on so many levels.... it's not like they are selling maize at discount prices, no, these aggressive Israelis are selling nonsense to the unsuspecting poor.

But the worst part is that a South African Mall would host apartheid Nationals and allow them to do business on our soil.... Even if these Israelis have work permits, how thoughtless and careless of Cendish Square to host Israelis and allow them to earn money from our struggling economy.

This business and the Israeli staff are totally unacceptable in the New South Africa, I am totally oppossed to Israelis working and selling their apartheid wares on South African soil.

I love visiting Cavendish Square with my family and friends, I often enjoy a meal and movie and my watches are repaired at Trigg... But this I will not accept and I promise the Centre Management, I will escalate this matter until these apartheid goons are removed permanently.

If the Israelis and their snake-oil remains then I will copy and paste my disatisfaction on every consumer website I find. I will also be contacting the local Islamic community as this is most offensive in light of the Palestinian human-rights abuses.

Thank you for taking me seriously.

4 times I have complained, to the point that I took my complaint to Claude Morris... obviously the customer isn't right when it comes to Senior WW staff... Claude Morris, 3 messages and the ww staff have also listened to my concerns at length, I know he got my messages because I have interupted meetings in person to get some positive response and the floor staff know me personally.

T-shirts are not made for hangers. Buttoned shirts are made for hangers. You ruin the shape of decent t-shirts, whereas a collared, buttoned shirt has shoulders and the material isn't as stretchy... Trennery items are quality, the CMT for trennery t-shirts is carefully done, the weave is considered and the tee lasts longer and wears better...BUT NOT WHEN THE TEE IS TORTURED ON A HANGER....FFS...

I love the displays in Woolworths, but maintain common-sense, don't be so different that you become ridiculous and the clothes are ruined. Fold tee-shirts and shelve them.... Buttoned shirts are not folded in any customers cupboard so quit with the weird, stupid displays in the Trennery section - - IMHO, Claude Morris is a **** for going overboard and not appreciating the aesthetics of clothing + he never returned my numerous calls.
