I got a lap top in March. It was slow and the battery didn't last. Due to the inconvenience I escalated it in March. Spent 2hrs on the phone. The battery was better, lap top worsened with speed and freezing. Eventually escalates it. Have been on the phone for 4hrs. Now they need to send an something that will take 4 days! My Microsoft now says that my plan has expired, my docs are saved in One Drive which I don't want and the technician doesn't know how to change it. I should have been given a new one instead of all this inconvenience from a defective one to start with!
I STILL have not received my 50% Conrades entry from June! I keep quering it and nothing gets done. I ask the chat bot and the people keep leaving the conversation. Absolutely useless!
I had a challenge I had been battling with for weeks! Got CHARMAINE today and she sorted it out within minutes! She dealt with me being extremely grumpy and frustrated with the calmest, most professional and kind manner. I had a fraud case on the 6th October. I reported it. Received an email from Kholiwe Ngwenya on the 12th October. Since then I gave complained to FNB, no one has gotten back to me 3 times. Sent Kholiwe emails. No response. Phoned them, the phone just rings. I have recently moved my business account from them to Nedbank and going to do the same with my personal account. They are terrible!
I took my 3rd 735XT for repairs last Monday. I phoned on the Wednesday to follow up to be told it could take 4-8 working days. Today I phoned AGAIN to be told they had my email address incorrect. The guy told me the price to replace my watch. The quote is extremely vague and now when I try phone to get hold of a manager I have been on hold every time for at least 10 minutes. The service at Garmin used to be so good. Maybe it's now time to switch. It's gone really bad.
Worst service. I bought a T cross from Constantia. Firstly Eugene did not go through the added extras after I specified I didn't want any. After countless emails and ignored calls. I went there. Jaco told me it would be refunded. That was about three weeks ago. I am still waiting for it. And more excuses. My temporary license plate expired on the 6th August and I keep on asking where my number plates are. Don't ever buy a car from Constantia. It has been the most frustrating experience and head office says they can't help.
My dealer was not honest and forth coming with my deal. He added extras that were not discussed with me. I told them I wasn't happy about paying for a system I would never use. Head office told me there was nothing they could do. The sales manager Jaco told me he would get back to me with a solution by COB yesterday. I am still waiting. He didn't respond to any of my emails or return phone calls as he was too busy. Which I understood. 2 days later after I went in to see him and three weeks after i raised the issue! Head office needs to step up and rectify this now.
I had a complaint about my home loan debit order from the 9 December. Have lodged many complaints. Have had 3 people phone me. The last conversation with Jashree Dookie was on the 21 Jan saying it's in processing. Tomorrow is the 1st. Another month my debit order will be incorrect and no response to emails I've sent

I have sent many emails with the form to change my debit order since the 9 December! They debited the incorrect amount on the first of Jan and I'm still trying to have it changed more than a month later. Can someone help me please?
