I wish to formally report an incident that occurred this morning, 28 February 2026, at approximately 09h30, involving a black Volvo vehicle with license plate KSC369EC. While we were walking, the driver of the vehicle accelerated past us at what felt like an uncomfortably close distance while walking next to the curb, creating the impression that he may have intended to frighten us. The proximity and speed at which the vehicle passed made the situation feel unsafe and alarming. We could not walk on the curb as there was vegetation planted on that stretch. I would also like to emphasize that there was no oncoming traffic at the time of the incident. The driver had ample space and opportunity to pass at a safe distance. Choosing to drive so close to me, despite having the ability to maintain a wider berth, significantly increased the risk and contributed to the distressing nature of the encounter. Concerned about the incident, I visited the William Moffett Volvo Dealership to report the matter. The sales staff initially received me in a friendly and professional manner. However, when I began explaining that a vehicle had nearly collided with us in the parking area, their demeanor changed noticeably and for good reason. Not good feedback and I assume as a shock. Shortly thereafter, a gentleman emerged from the offices and identified himself as the driver of the vehicle in question. He stated that I had been walking in the middle of the road and informed us that he had been traveling at 25 km/h. From my perspective, the vehicle did not appear to be traveling at that speed when it passed me. Unfortunately, there was no apology offered, nor was there any attempt to resolve the matter constructively. He indicated that he would review the camera footage but did not allow me the opportunity to view it with him. The interaction concluded without any meaningful resolution, and the driver turned his back and returned to his office. I was left feeling unsettled by both the incident and the response. I am also concerned about the preservation of any available camera footage and vehicle speed data that may provide clarity regarding the situation. During our interaction, the driver’s demeanor came across as dismissive and somewhat arrogant. There was no acknowledgement of the distress caused, nor any attempt to de-escalate the situation or offer reassurance. This response was disappointing and did little to address the safety concerns raised. I trust that this matter will be reviewed appropriately and that any relevant footage or vehicle data will be examined to ensure accountability and prevent similar incidents in the future.
Bad communication and service. Paid deposit and spoke to Nafees Adams. requested OTP on the Friday 9/01/2026 and was told I'll get it on the Monday. Finance with Wesbank is approved just need the OTP. Called on Tuesday 13/01/2026 and was told someone else paid a deposit and is busy buying. Unprofessional. I was about to buy flight tickets and get accommodation to get the motorcycle in CT. After alot of time wasted calling BMW getting bike history
This is the worst service ever. Be careful that your insurance company do not assign them to assist with your claim repairs. The owner Gerhard De Jager is not a trust worthy.
Mark in PE very unprofessional. Mark insisted on invoice before he can say what the problem is with cam that they supplied. Once we got the invoice he said we need to log a warranty claim and that its the wrong cam supplied. We ask if we need to make an appointment with him and his reply was no need. Now the cam is removed and he is not in the office. His reply is that we need to drop the new and old cam off at the office. Now we without transport. He delays the process unnecessary. Why not give us all the information the process we need to go through and time it will take. The rest of the staff give excellent service.
Bad service. I work from home and the courier company can't deliver. They have not once given me a call to here where I am. I mailed them and had no reply from them.
Just received the worst from Xpress Trading via Takealot. I've placed an order on the 20th December 2021 and waited so long for the order. Delivery should arrive the 12th January so I wait. Now the canceled part of the order saying there is no stock but when I click on the stock it shows available and I can order the same stock again but now the price is double. I paid and waited for the stock now the price has changed and they mark it as not available.

I waited forever for an update on my online order. Once I got the order I installed the reverse camera and it did not work. No signal. I've tried all the display settings on headunit. I logged back into there site and noticed that they out of stock. So they sold me the last faulty camera. Only on their invoice that they send with the good stipulate that there is no warranty on any of their aftermarket and electronic goods. No warrenty on RIMS/Tyres, Speakers/SUBS/Tweeters. So they can send you any faulty goods and you have no foot to stand on. If I knew this before I bought I would have spend the R400 more and bought the product else where.
Excellent service. My bakkie is currently in for a service and I could not collect garage doors for the next 2 days. They delivered the doors without extra cost because they scared that it might get damaged or sold if it stayed in the shop. Great staff and they always friendly and helpful.
