Don't give your phone number out unless you want to be constantly spammed
This 1 star will remain in place until you stop spamming me with sms's. Annoying people is not a viable business idea.

Useless Customer Service
It seems to me Luno are going out of their way not to help you. My dad is locked out of his account and cannot contact anyone for assistance because the website is designed exactly for this. Average time to reply 415 hrs lol - the directors must be milking the company dry & cutting back on staff. Been with you for since 2015. Time to take my business elsewhere.

Received online delivery short a few items. Was told by the driver I would receive a refund. Have tried to contact via Twitter and the site to confirm, absolutely no response. The call center number does not work. Useless service. How sad.

DirectAxis Loves To Spam SMS Me
This company is awful, they continue to send me unsolicited sms's about their garbage loans. I never signed up for anything and I even removed myself from a nationwide marketing database after a similar incident with Clientele. You guys suck and I hope you lose money from this spam campaign of yours.

Daily Unsolicited Automated Calls | Scumbag Company
I've never even used this company but for the last week I have received unsolicited automated calls every single day. This must surely be illegal. Stay away from these scumbags.

Still holding my funds
I had R750 odd in my account and requested a closure and withdrawal of all funds. I received a credit of R386 to my credit card. Not sure how they got this amount but needless to say they have not responded to my complaint.

Withholding my tax refund
Completed a late tax return for 2011 as their website has always confused me. Tax rebate for that year forfeit and penalty paid, fair enough. Now they are demanding that I pay an additional R14k tax for that year. On further inspection I noticed that a duplicate IRP5 was submitted by the company I worked for then.<br> <br> Since I have no control over what shows up on SARS system and my old company not willing to assist despite repeated phone calls, I fail to see what more I can do to rectify this problem. SARS is currently holding my last years tax return (+- R5k) ransom and demanding interest for tax on money I didn't earn in 2011.<br> <br> I guess I should not expect anything less from a Government organisation..
