A Vodacom contract was opened on my contract 2 years ago. It was a data contract. I never used the contract. I never received a sim for the contract and I was informed I could not cancel or transfer / change the contract. Vodacom could also never provide me with a signed contract (or any contract of any nature stating that I had authorised this acoount). Nevertheless, for 2 years I have paid R109 per month to Vodacom for something I don't use and they cannot cancel or change??!! At the end of the contract in September last year, I told them I wanted to cancel the account. They did not. They just kept on with it - despite it finally expiring. I paid it again in Septemeber and October and November. In December I asked my bank to refuse the debit - so in January the double debited me and charged me a further R100 fee!!!! When I queried it, at customer care, not only did they not care, but made me out to be a total idiot because I have not followed this up, like I expect them to. I have now paid approximately R3500 to Vodacom for a service I have NEVER EVER used and NEVER requested! I will never ever use Vodacom again!!! You are liars and thieves!
Never use Afrihost. The call centre is slow - you will always hold for about 15 minutes and then 9 out of 10 times you will get the most incompetent of technicians to help you. Don't do it! Save yourself a million headaches!
<p>I spent 45 minutes on the phone with Vodacom today, being shuffled from department to department, to finally be cut off by an operator who was "helping" me. No call back. Nothing. So I have to start again!! What a collosal waste of time. I will be cancelling my contract - as soon as I can spare the 2 hours out of my life to do so! Fail!!</p>
<p>Makro online has failed to deliver my order. This is despite 4 calls and 3 emails!</p> <p>They say the courier needed to return it as it was damaged and it needed to be replaced.</p> <p>No one responds to my e-mails. No one follows up, despite promises to get back to me as soon as a delivery date has been confirmed!</p> <p>This is the worst online shopping I have ever experience! Do not shop online with Makro!!</p>

ISIgnite have absolutely no idea what they are doing. Their technical help staff stumble around in an absolute panic with limited knowledge of what they are doing asking stupid questions and are never able to resolve issues. I have had 6 clients domains and services hosted with them over a period of over a year and yesterday I started moving everyone away. This is in itself has been a nightmare. Over 2.5hours of phone calls in under 24 hours! <br> Do not use ISIgnite if you want any level of competent service or technical help. They are struggling! Their staff are desperately in need of some training.
It has been one month since I registered a client of mine with Internet Solution's ISIgnite. In this time, they have still not been able to get my client's e-mail working despite multiple support queries logged.<br> They promise to resolve and call me back - FOR A MONTH!<br> I cannot use a service which doesnt provide service, however I cannot move all my clients easily to another service provider. BUT I WILL if need be.<br> Why can I ot get any resolution with this??
I made an order 8 days ago and paid immediately. They lost the record of payment. Cancelled the order!<br> I sent proof of payment and they promised to deliver it immediately.3 service calls and 2 e-mails later and despite multiple promises they have not delivered my order which I need urgently for today.<br> Not Zasttra, rather disaster!!<br> The worst service ever!!!!<br> DO NOT USE IF YOU WANT TO ACTUALLY RECEIVE YOUR ORDER!!!

I have had no internet connection for over a week. I own a web company!! Every day I have contacted Telkom, they have told me that they would escalate the issue and send a technician around that day and it would be resolved by that evening. 5 working days. 5 broken promises. I cannot go into another week of no connection. I am losing income everyday. Despite assurances otherwise, Telkom is unconcerned. They are all promises and NO solutions!
