What happened to quality service from Big brand names
I dont know if there are any car brands which exist today that upholds its customer service or have any regard for brand image. Researching customer satisfaction in wanting to change from. Vw to a Toyota has left me stunned.

Gem of a human ✨️ #Changecars #Changinglives
Michael is more than just Changecars 🙏hes an advocate for integrity and change 🙏 Big brand CEOs and those who think theyre top dogs need a lesson from this amazing human being, he needs to share a couple of pages from his books of values. Ive seen a few of the tiktok videos and its evident that Mike is very knowledgeable about cars and the industry in general. I reached out to him with an issue I have with my vehicle and he immediately emailed the relevant people at VW. I unfortunately did not get the outcome I hoped for but Michael's swift response is what I commend. I have had a huge lesson in customer service, big brands are flashy names and nothing more. VW extended warranties are daylight *******. They do not honor their warranties, and look for every and any reason not to pay. I was told by Amanda from VW not to cancel the remainder of my useless warranty in the event that something else should happen. Imagine, they havent paid for the current issue and if this is anything to go by, theyll certainly not pay for any other issue. My hard earned money which ive wasted on a brand that 20 years ago would have never done this to its loyal customers. South Africa is going sideways, and its all about money and where a quick buck can be made or saved. Michael did not ask me for a cent, and this is how i know his genuineness is unmatched. Hes getting nothing out of helping anyone. Hes one of those rare people who does what he does because its the right thing to do. There's not enough stars ✨️ for people with his character. Hes gone out of his way, using his time and resources to help all of us. Thank you Michael for selflessly assisting and being such a huge asset to the people of South Africa.

Unhappy with service from VW
Ive been a proud owner of the VW brand for over 15 years, but not any more. My vehicle is under warranty and Ive learnt that the extended warranty im paying for does not cover the issue im having, after being told by the service advisor that its a common problem with this model. Whats the use of purchasing these expensive warranties that is useless? Im disappointed and appalled at this. Ive never needed to read reviews but now realize that so many people are having issues with vw, I never thought it would be me, once dedicated to this brand, im considering never to purchase another vw again after this experience.

Don't open a TFG account
TFG is a company with very ********* practices, and people should be very wary when opening accounts with them. They do not disclose that u are given a funeral policy with ur account of R55 a month, which accumulates with ur bill. This is very dishonest and *****ulent. U are liable to pay the bill whether u like it or not. I had to cancel that policy which I was billed for 7 months, after having paid off the clothing account in full. Now the interest has also added to the mess. Please stay away from TFG accounts, I think their staff are told not to disclose this information to unsuspecting clients.

The consultant i spo...
The consultant i spoke to today was very helpful and explained how the referral works.. I was not aware. I am a recent client and have still to learn about how prime south africa works, but so far i am happy with my interactions with the client services and the consultants who have been so very helpful. I will be referring more friends and family.

Do not buy from takelot
They deserve no stars.. theft of paid items and empty boxes or boxes with garbage being delivered. All they can say when u log a dispute is contact the ombudsman. Takelot has become an ********* dishonest place with no integrity, especially the delivered items. Please do not support them.

Outstanding customer services
Excellent professional service that I would certainly recommend to anyone. MyRunway has proven time and time again their excellence as an online store in the manner which they handle queries, complaints, returns etc. Their customer care department respects customers and for me that's a great start in providing top class service. I won't hesitate to recommend anyone who is looking for a reputable online store to them.
