I have ordered slab from rhino slab on two occasions. both times it has been a struggle. I can't do anything on site because i am waiting for delivery. Everyday is a new excuse of why they will not be able to deliver. The lady who works there (Some) will either not answer your calls or drop the phone in your ear and claim there is no network. One of their employees actually left because of poor service and i regret not moving my business to him to finalise my slab because now i am struggling. If you want to experience delays in your building, order from these people. For the past two days their excuse was transport and car break down. today the excuse is that their engineer left so they need to go to the site and take measurements. Now my question is, what were they promising to deliver all along if they are only going to take their measurements now? I am going to make sure i go on every social media platform, call radio stations and tell people about how horrible this company is. I am certainly going to use another company for the next slab.
Parcel was not delivered since 29 Dec 2022. Now i see it has been chilling at bloem depot since 11 Jan. No movement for 2 days. They claim they needed clear delivery instructions. Sometimes they claim they delivered there was no one. Other times they claim to have called. None of these happened. Mu child can't get the school shoes cos Aramex can't do a service they get paos for. I requested they return the shoes. Even that is a mission. 3 weeks the parcel can't reach destination nor be returned. Can i just have my parcel back Aramex since all you do ia fail on tour key service.
I have a property at The Blyde 111. The usage is so abnormally high its frustrating. I have called and complained since febr2/March but still nothing. In the past week, the usage is 142kwh..that's way too high for a household for a family of 2 adults and 2 very little kids. It's still summer as well.. What's gonna happen in winter? In my other house where I have a bigger family, usage is about 430kwh per month. Somebody please hear our cry. This is so frustrating. As for the physical reading, I will not even get started. But having read reviews from other people I can tell we are being robbed here. We need to report stss to an authority because they are not even willing to do anything about it.
Alexander forbes is frustrating me. I had a car accident around January 2019. fast forward April 2019 I follow up on claims against the individual who caused the accident. Talked to some uncaring Shane. A month and weeks later still no update from Shane. I follow up again he refers me to Duke. Duke ignores my emails. in May I bought another car and thought it'd make sense to insure it with alexander forbes since my other car is already with them. shame their call centre agents send me from one person to another. I'd be told I don't deal with sales, and id ask, why was I put through to you. Luckily I managed to get assistance from budget insurance. I am certainly moving my insurance from alexander forbes soon. Now see why my friend left you

I aksed them to check the footage because when i took the car, i complained about the same tyre looking flat. How did they make that determination, when at first they were so adamant i damged the rim? I also dont know since they cant explain it themselves. They will also refund me the admin fee of R500. Interestingly, they say the tyre was checked when i picked the car. But i dont remember a specific tyre check in my PRESENCE. If it was done, it was done elsewhere and definitely not in ym presence. </p> <p>It is like they just trying to find a way to make up something. Their story keeps changing. To my surprise, i call to check on my refund and im told there is a tyre and mag problem, and that i was not aware of when i returned the car. They do the checks and deicde on everything without even informing me. The strange thin is when i took the car i commplained about a tyre that looked flat. Now it seemt to me the same tyre that had issues is now my problem. I need my money back. I returned your car in a good condition. You went and did inspections and made your decisions without even informing me so that i can make you aware the tyre was already problematic when i took it. I will not pay for damages that i did not cause. I was travelling on properly tarred roads the entire time and there is no way i would just miraculously damage a tyre. I want my money back.</p> <p>Not to menti that they gave me a dirty car. pretorl was supposed to be full tank but after a few kilos it went down to the next bar.</p> <p>Pity i was intending to come back for me. but with this nonsensical service, i will not!</p>

<p>I have had an issue with my online account whereby strangely around month end I'm not able to pay. There's always some technical issues with my account. Come 2nd of the next month they all disappear and I can pay. And I wonder why. </p> <p>I explained this to MultiChoice from last year asking them to investigate. This past month it was worse and I called for help and all they tell me is I should set up a debit order. Is this the company's way yo force people to pay their way? Why else do they offer online payments if we gonna be forced to commit ourselves to debit orders? I prefer to pay online and control my viewing as I wish. </p> <p>I even talked to them on Facebook and same answer, my query will be escalated. I only managed to pay on the 3rd as the mysterious technical issues suddenly disappeared. And I know these. Little mysterious issues will be back end of the month. </p> <p>When I talked to the consultant I even asked that they hold off from charging me reconnection fee as they try to investigate. But no I have been charged the connection fee. </p> <p>I want one thing from MultiChoice ; reverse those reconnection fees. It's really nothing much but it's a matter of principle. <p>I have a policy with budget for my tablet. i was mugged and had the yablet stolen. i was covered for over R8000 and now budget wants to crook me and buy me a tablet to a value of R6000. i opted for cash and they offering me R6000. Thye telling me i over insured myself. hehehe. i remeber asking their consultant why my premium for the tbale was so high and he told me it is becauase when they have to replace my item, at the time the replacement the value of the tablet (the latest tablet as he out it) would be higher and it would be expensive to replace. Now i guess i was lied to! because i was catually wuestioning why i was paying such a high premium. Budget, i want the amount i am covered for. i do no even see how you will get me a deceent tablet for R6000, that will match the tablet that i had.</p> <p> </p> <p>Stop cheating us of out hard earned money. Infact, if you do not sort me out, i am taking my business elsewhere. not a threat!</p> <p> </p> <p>worse, they even debited me for a non-exisiting tablet. how do i pay a premium for a tablet tha is no more?</p> <p>not to mention the fact that i am still waiting for the so-called compensation. its about a month since i lodged my calim.</p>
