Came and did a bad repair, once paid, can't get them to come back to complete the repair properly. Really shocking and will take this further
I have been paying my account on time for years and Supersonic changed my account reference. Now I am getting calls from Debt collection that my account is in arrears. When I send all my proof of payments, I don't even get an email or call that this has been rectified. I have been a loyal customer and get treated like this now, shocking
Terrible customer service. Wait for hours on the Whatsapp line for a response and the delivery of our router hasn't taken place yet, but they are fast to send an invoice already but we are still sitting without Wifi
If I rate negative stars, I would. I applied and got approved for a contract, go to get the phone and they have no stock. They place the order and tell me Thursday. Then Thursday comes, I have to call in and ask what's happening to be told now it's Friday and they "tried to call me" which is a lie. Then Friday comes, now all of a sudden it's Monday because they are "updating the phone and new model is coming" Monday I call them(they don't call me) and the lady that helped me is "on leave and they will get someone to call me". No one calls so I have to call back to be told it might be in on Tuesday. I'm super unhappy with this service and communication, I haven't even started the contract and I want to cancel and stay with MTN
I booked a treatment with the Skin Strategy Salon. When I got to the appointment, I was told my appointment wasnt on the system even though I showed them confirmation SMSes. They then saw that I had been booked into a branch 15 minutes drive away. I then had to drive there and be late for the appointment. Very shocking how the booking system works and was a big inconvenience
I made an appointment for the virtual doctor at the wellness clinic. when I got there, waited almost an hour and then I was told that the nurse who does the sessions is not in. So I asked why I am then booking online and it doesnt match up with the store. I was told that the online booking doesnt communicate properly with the store. So I wasted my time and had to go find a doctor after all this as I was I'll and needed medication. Very upset with this unprofessionalism
Their customer service is terrible and they dont get back to you. I am also being charged for the incorrect package even though they have not provided that speed for my fibre line!!! Terrible!!!!
