Review: I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. I placed an order well in advance, specifically to be delivered on a loved one’s birthday. The company guaranteed delivery on that day, yet it never arrived. I called multiple times to resolve the issue, but each time I was met with unhelpful responses and no solutions. It was clear that no one cared about the inconvenience caused or the importance of delivering on time. This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced poor service with this company, but I decided to give them another chance. Unfortunately, they’ve proven once again that they can’t be re**** upon. I will not be using this company again, and I recommend others look elsewhere if you’re hoping for dependable service. Birthdays and special occasions aren’t the time to gamble with such unreliable businesses.
Received a phone call on 21 June prompting an upgrade. I received a contract stating contract has been approved and heard nothing since. I phoned MTN a week later to find out the upgrade has not been finalised on their system. It has now been 2 weeks, 8 phone calls to Mondo and absolutely no response or call backs when promised. Absolutely pathetic service.
MTN does not have stock of the phone I’m trying to upgrade to. Nobody can give any answer as to whether and when it can be ordered. Also, every single person I speak to (and there has been like 5) has a different answer for my query regarding upgrading. Thirdly, writing queries on the website and receiving an email to say someone will respond soon but nobody ever does and nobody cares about their customers at MTN
I have a set of extensions that have lasted me 8 years. Then I bought FrontRow extensions and after wearing it only 3 times, the clips started pulling apart from the hair. Very poor quality product. Their markup must be huge.
FrontRow hair extensions very unprofessional. They place a product on their website which they don’t actually have stock of and only after you order it do they send you an email saying they don’t have stock and delivery will be over a week later. Then you wait for delivery and another email arrives stating that they still do not have the product and extend your delivery date. Very very unprofessional.
Had a gift card with receipt for amount that should be on card. Went to redeem the card on Friday with a purchase. They told me the card was empty. Asked them to look into it as I am confident I hadn’t used the card. Told me they can’t trace what was bought with the card? Also said they will look into it and give me a call back 1 day later. I haven’t received any feedback or phone call regarding the matter.
<p>After being a member all year, I sent my first quote for paint peeling of my car. They rejected the claim and said that they do not cover paint peeling, only chips and scratches and dents. So 1 month later, I sent a new quote for chips on the bonnet. They did not even look at the quote, they simply sent me an email saying "please see the rejection letter we sent you a month ago". This is a new quote!!!!!!!! I then phoned them, but everyone is extremely rude and unhelpful and after phoning 3 times and being put through to "the correct department" who does not answer the phone and just lets it ring and ring, I hung up. Cancelling this policy ASAP!!!!!!!</p>
<p>I honestly do not know why I even still return to Sportsmans Warehouse. The level of service you receive is absolutely shocking. I have already had a run-in with them a few months ago when I was waiting for feedback on the Fitbit we gave back for replacement. I waited over a month for any sort of communication from them.</p> <p> </p> <p>This time, I went to the store with a broken polar watch. I asked them to contact polar on my behalf since I need a letter to the insurance stating that it needs to be replace and can't be fixed. I wanted to hand the polar to them but was told by the sales consultant to keep the watch and simply give my details as she will sort everything out and phone me back. Now, more than a week later, and still no phone call, I called to follow up. It seems nobody is aware of the situation and nothing has been done. Apparently I also now need to return to the store yet AGAIN and hand in the polar like I originally asked to do. TOTAL TIME WASTERS!!! I am so extremely fed up with the lack of professionalism from them!!!!!!!!!!</p>
<p>On Saturday I bought a top from Edgar's. 10min later I saw the same top at Forever new for almost half the price. So naturally, I purchased it from Forever New and tried returning the original one to Edgar's. Edgar's was extremely hesitant to refund us since the top clips at the bottom so according to them it is unhygienic to return and can be compared to a swimsuit or underwear???? This makes absolutely no sense to me since a) it was never worn and b) you are allowed to try it on in the fitting room, so what is the difference? C) it is a shirt not underwear nor a swimsuit. </p> <p> </p> <p>highly disappointed with the level of customer service.</p>
<p>I received a phone call from someone at platinum life asking if I know a specific person as they nominated me. Thinking it was a prank call or troll, I denied knowing the person. Thereafter the call agent just ended the phone call without explaining to me why they want to know if I know this person.</p> <p> </p> <p>I phoned my friend, and it turns out she did in fact nominate me. Now I regret saying that I didn't know her. Is there anyway for the call agents to rather take a different approach when contacting someone regarding the nomination?
