Use courier guy if you want your parcels to be destroyed when it gets to clients
So you send parcel with DONT STACK and FRAGILE and your client gets his parcel and all stuff inside is smashed? Its unacceptable!! Pls tell me why do one put those stickers and you completely destroy clients parcels?? Will def not be making use of courier guy anymore!! Then you pay extra for sameday delivery and parcels dont get delivered sameday! I spend 30k per month with courier guy and this is the level of service you get! Had enough

Fnb pvt wealth and there lies!! Fnb best acc is aspire!! Pls dont ge fooled to upgrade to ANY fnb pvt banking acc! They will lie to you
Fnb and there lies! Have to complain again seeing i was **** to by the banker !! After 3 months on pvt wealth and was pormised facilities or creditcard limit increase i was **** to again!! I asked my banker if i can downgrade my current acc to aspire and keep the pvt wealth creidtcard seeing i am nit going to go back to fnb branch and sit and wait 60 min for a new creditcard and he told me i cant i have to downgrade all and get new crads exct!! Turns out he ****!! Fnb app told me i can no probs and my request is alreadt beeing submitted!! Shocking the lies you get told by fnb!! Upgrade sir your income is pvt wealth and when you do you learn its such bs!

So you upgraded to fnb pvt wealth and they told me sir 3 months and we will give you facilities exct exct and still they have all kids of excuses!! I was on fnb pvt wealth and i downgraded myself seeing it offered me nothing!! So after about 12 months fnb called me pls sir your income is for pvt wealth clients pls upgrade we will give you proper facilities exct exct!! All lies!! When i was on aspire acc i had loan offers, temp loan offers and i tool them all and settled all and gues what since i am on pvt wealth i get nothing except more bankcosts!! Oh dont forget i have 10k aspire creditcard limit !! Wow!! This Ruan Lubbe and Eben Bakkes is wasting my time aswell!! All they do is send emails worth nothing!! Its better to go back to aspire and safe R600 pm seeing pvt wealth is waste of time!! Sure another bank will glady help me

Fnb the only bank that downgrades your credit if you settle it everytime!! No outstanding but lets penalize you
When i started with fnb i eventually received a 5k temporary loan!! After about 2 months it was increased to 7k and then to 9k!! I have paid back every single loan and now i see i only get offered 5k again? How is that possible?? Nothing had changed in my acc?? The same with the creditcars they gave me!! Fnb offers me a upgrade to pvt wealth card for what? To pay more bankcosts and still have the same creditlimit?? The fnb app can figure out i earn pvt wealth income but still i get these creditlimits on my creditcard of 10k which is just ridiculous!! I can tell what is going to happen i am going to get an email saying high priority complain and guess what? I will get some consultant contacting me with some lame excuse!! Sir we can see you have paid and settle every loan from fnb but this and that is there excuse!! Again like people say fnb pvt banking is waste of time!! More costs for nothing

Fnb creditcard upgrade causes you to get penalized on itc
Why do fnb offer you a creditcard upgrade and when you start the upgrade you see its like applying for credit? So it counts against you and on itc for what reason? You already have a creditcard so why does fnb penalize you again for the upgrade?? Its not a new application?? I have a creditcard with such a low creditlimit but gets offended pvt wealth one ??? Never heard of pvt wealth client getting such ridiculous limits that i get from fnb!! At least fnb has temp loans that i take all the time cause my creditcard limit can pay for very little!!

How can truworths give false information to experian itc and i get penalized?? I hve 2k limit on my acc so how can i go R200 over my limit?? There is no way truworths will let you go over your limit!! Pls tell me how can you give false info to itc?? Its *****

How MFC'S is above the law and Chanel Jacobs is the law!! They dont have to follow legal procedures
You get an email saying you are 5 instalments in arrears!! You get told to pay 70% or mfc will reposess your car!! CHANEL JACOBS from nedbank Recoveries tells you if you do not pay on the 25th in my case that they will take futher action !! I send her screenshot of the arrangement i made but according to her its not on the system but i have proof????? On the 23rd i get an email from the guy that wants to collect my car??? But i have till 25th to pay?? So pls tell me is Mfc above the law??? Thye decide by themself not to follow procedure but do as they please!! According to Christo Hoffman there was arranged by Chanel Jacobs he can come and take my car?? There was never such an arrangement!!pls show me that arrangement!! So Chanel Jacobs makes her own rules!!

Fica , electricity purchases or data purchases is complete flop !!
You get an sms saying you have to fica!! You take your id, proof of adres and utility bill to the branch and they make copies and tell you all is in order thx sir!! Then two days later you get an email with excuses of they need this more documents?? What more docs can one give just to keep your account open?? Lady asked me sir source of funds amf i told her self employed!! Now i get an email saying i must go and get an affidavit and who knows what else?? They wasting clients time with there 50% info they give you!! They could have told me all they need the first time!! So the fica proses at capitec is almost as bad as the electricity purchases which about 80% of the time says they having issues but the worse part is there data purchases!! In 5 years i could never successfully purchase any data!! Capitec employee's at the branch could not sort out my problem!! There best option i must reinstall my capitec app!! Luckily i have an fnb acc that works all the time and fica takes 2min and data and electricity purchases always works

Steers going the same route as kfc with there ice cream excuses!! Dont bargain on steers having ice cream! Waste of time
So again steers Silver oaks ice cream machine is not working??? Why dont you just stop selling ice cream and stop wasting clients time to drive there and get told sorry we dont have ice cream or our machine is not working!! Almost as bad as kfc hazeldean!! Wont see me at steers silver oaks again!!
