I bought a Defy stove from Makro end of March. I baked rusks and when I took it out after 1 hour 15 min, it was still raw at the bottom. Top was overbaked. I phone Makro and they send a technician who told me if I know that the red light must be off before I put the rusks in the oven!!!!!!! He tested the oven, put all the plates on high (nothing wrong there!) and said he can't find anything wrong. They same day I baked rusks and the same happened!! Raw at the bottom. Technician came out again and then told me that I must bake everything on the bottom tray!!!! It took 14 hours on 100 degrees C to dry the rusks. (Normal time 5 hours!!) Makro says they can only get the rep from Defy if the tech picked up a fault.....and he did not!!! What di I do??????
My husband passed away and I sent an email to Telkom's email ie LSDA....with all the necessary documents on 16th of March 2026. The 27th of March I enquired again. On the 1st of April I sent an email again asking when the account will be closed. Received an email that someone will contact me. Ref no 11135062. Yesterday, 18 May, I received an account of over R1100. I went to Telkom's offices at Centurion Mall asking what to do icw this. The lady said to me I must first pay the account and then they will try to sort it out!!!! What????
Had to pay R3000 access plus R5000 for friend driving. Now Santam consultant says to a friend of mine who also took a Santam insurance policy that over 55's does not pay access or R5000. Why did I had to pay????
I would like to know who can really help me??!! On 23 December 2024 I phoned MIFA but the answering machine told me that they only opening the 6th of January 2025. I did not receive my monthly pension as I normally do, and had to wait till then. I went to the office on Monday 6 January 2025 and was told that they have sent me an affidavit that I had to complete, stating that I am still alive. I did not receive it and then found out that my email address was wrong.....missed one letter! I then also find my ID no wrong!! I spoke to Elsie from MIFA's office who told me that she will correct this and that she will see to it that my pension for December '24 will be paid into my account. On the 13th of January I still did not receive anything and went to their office again. Then I was told that the person who must sign only came back that day. I received December's pension on 15 January 2025. My ID no was still wrong. This was fixed after I went there again!!! I spoke to Prudence who said she will look into the matter because the pension paid into my account was not the same amount that was on the payslip which I received on the 24th of January '25. This is still not fixed!!!! What else can I do??? Is there anybody who can help me??? Someone who understand ?????
My husband passed away September 2023. I went to MTN and gave them all the necessary documents... 3 times. Then I got an email after 6 months stating he is in arrears with R3000+. I went to MTN again and told them what happened. I was then told that they will do the necessary! Last week (almost a year later....nothing in between!) I received a letter from NUDEBT stating that late mr Visser must pay his account asap!!! Who is doing what wrong?????
On 28 February 2025 my Standard Bank account was emptied by 'someone' without any notification from Standard Bank. I went to the bank and spoke to an agent at the ***** department. He said to me that the money from my account was transfered to Absa. I hold the line for almost an hour and he then told me that I will have an answer within 4 - 6 working days. Then I received an email which stated that it can take 6-8 weeks for an answer!!!! I am really in need of my money!!! Is there nobody that can help????
I did not receive my pension for December 2024. When I contact them, on the 23rd of December, they were closed until 6 January 2025. I was there on the 6th (Monday) at 10.45am. I waited quite a long time for the first lady to help me. Then the second lady came. She then told me that my pension was not paid because they had an email out on 20 November 2024 that I had to fill in to say I am still alive. Never received it She then checked and saw my email adress was wrong from September 2023 after my husband passed away. She then asked for my ID which was ALSO wrong!!!! I asked her why I never received payslips or any emails from them....... because my email was wrong!! Their fault as well as my ID!!! She corrected everything and told me that my pension will be paid in by the Friday 10th of January 2025. Nothing!!! The 13rd of January I went back again and then she told me that her manager came back from holiday only that morning and that my pension will be in by Thursday. I received it on Wednesday 15 January 2025. I asked the lady for a payslip and also the December letter that they always send out at the end of the year with the increase. Up till today I did not receive the letter but I did receive last year's December's payslip with the old ID. If you phone, you wait 17 - 20 min ....... if you are lucky. I have the telephone no and email of the lady who helped me......... but I do not think any of those work!!! My pension for this month had a decrease ???? I contacted one of my husband's friends who also get pension from MIFA and he said the "letter of the increase" stated an increase??? What do you do in such a case???? Anybody that can help????
My husband passed away on 19 September 2023. I am trying to close his cellphone with MTN but with no prevail!! Numerous calls, emails and visits at Baywest mall in PE did not help at all!! Every month I still receive an account (in arrears for 3 months now). Reference numbers does not help! Whereto now???????
My man is op 19 September 2023 oorlede. Ek het begin November al die nodige dokumentasie na Standard Bank gestuur soos deur hul aangevra. Ek het die eksekuteursbrief die 28e November 2023, toe ek dit ontvang het, deurgestuur na hul. Die 13e Desember is die rekening nog steeds 'oop'. Ek het na Zanele by Baywest St Bank in PE gegaan waar sy Standard Bank ges***el het en hul haar meegedeel het dat hil GEEN dokumente ontvang het km rekening te sluit!! Al die dokumente is gesertifiseer. Sy het dit toe WEER gesertifiseer en afgestuur. Sy het ges***el en het hul gesê hul het dit ontvang. 3 dae later het ek n sms gekry waarin hul my vra om die nodige 'uitstaande' dokumente aan te stuur!!!!! Elke maand gaan daar kostes op die rekening af. Wat moet ek NOG doen om rekening gesluit te kry????
2019 koop ek, (as pensionaris) my laaste motor. Ford Figo demonstrasie model met 3 jaar gratis dienswaarborg. Elke keer as ek motor vir diens neem, in die 3 jaar, vra ek dat hul spesifiek moet kyk hoekom motor sukkel om te 'start'. Elke keer is antwoord ' hard to start' en 'battery fine'. Maart 2023 was laaste 'onder waarborg' diens met dieselfde antwoord. Augustus 2023, (motor is uit waarborg), neem ek motor na privaat maatskappy omdat dit al hoe erger word. Onmiddellik was die antwoord, dis die 'starter'. So moes ek 'starter' vervang wat my, as pensionaris, R5900 uit die sak jaag. Ford tolvry ges***el en dame sou binne 3 dae terugkom na my. Sy noem ook dat, omdat ek motor na privaat maatskappy geneem het, dit nie meer hul probleem is. Ek het ook die verkoopsagent by Ford ge****ak, wie hul Dinsdag ges***el het. Nog geen antwoord van FORD tot dusver. Ek het regtig gedink ek koop die beste motor wat ek kon bekostig, maar het die pot misgesit!!!!!
