Bought a car 30 Aug 2025 and it has been giving problems since. Complained at the dealership, dealer principle Jason was copied in all my e-mails and he never intervened until I complaint at ICARE, the regional manager is copied in all my e-mails and until today he never responded to my e-mails. The dealership refuses to give my money back after all the issues with the car. They are making me out to be a ****, but I have proof of all that they failed to do before they sold the car to me. I now had the car inspected independently and it turns out that the car was in an accident and none of this was disclosed to me upon purchase (front bumper, driver side fender, driver side front door, driver side rear door, driver side quarter panel, rear bumper and boot lid resprayed) and new non-original badges fitted. The dealership principal are making everything out to be minor and says that they had done all fixes and never turned me away. Tersius(manager) went as far as to tell me that had I bought a car in Voortrekker, they would have just turned me away. Russell Beukes(sales person) blocked me after he refused assistance when my partner was standing alongside the road and felt unsafe to driver the car further. While the car was at their workshop for repairs, the car was given back to me and the next day I had to take the car back and it turned out that there were nuts and bolts that was not *****ed back after they did their repairs. Tersius and Russell blamed the workshop and made a remark about how they are experiencing ongoing issues with the workshop. The car is standing at the dealership since and I am left stranded, paying an installment and insurance for a car that is not in my possession.

Bought a bycicle last week Thursday, was supposed to get my delivery on Wednesday. Makro NEVER reached out to me. Was one the phone since Wednesday every day and was put on hold for longggg periods of time. Got an sms today to say that my order has been cancelled. Item was in stock online ever since and there is no communication or explination.
Activated my dstv yesterday only to find out that it is not working. Spoke to two consultants and both of them were arrogant and unable to help. The one ended the chat without notification. I honestly had it with DSTV. When I asked for a refund, they said no, but they are unable to offer me the service I paid for.
My husband got a call from Clientele, never agreed to a policy and they just deducted money from his account. We have been in contact with Clientele almost every day trying to get the money back and are told a different story every time. Went to our bank and they too are trying to resolve the matter with Clientele, but they seem to ignore. I have phones again now and Thandeka Malaza out right told me that he must phone them again. The nerve of these people. All these calls to them has already cost us more than what they had deducted. Clientele STOP ROBBING PEOPLE AND GIVE OUR HARDF EARNED MONEY BACK!!!!!!
We have been without electricity since Sunday. Been on the phone with Eskom literally every day and am told that they will get to us. They neighbor's meter box is sparking, but do you think Eskom cares. Now the next step, contact DA.....our DA. They tell me they cannot help me as we do not form part of City of CT. The real joke is that Tammy Jackson asked me if we have any ******* connectivity. Oh my word.....just because of the area I live in, does not make me an automatic ********. I have worked literally for everything that I own and I pay my taxes. How dare you!
Hunted down a jersey and after I found it at PnP clothing Tygervalley and did not realize it has a hole in, I contacted customer services on Saturday. Spoke to Kwezi and Yusiry and got a reference number. When I spoke to Zachia now, she told me that my query does not exist. How convenient. PnP Clothing Tygervalley is not answering their telephone. ****ed!!!
Bought a cellphone and had a delivery on the 9th of June 2025. Got 3 different discount codes which I never asked for. It was given to me and it did not work. Was on the phone for ages on end and today I got a random call after I was told 'just too bad' and accepted my fate from Samsung. Had to explain the whole ordeal from scratch. Again they told me sorry, but they will give me 10% discount on my next purchase as now it is way past the 14 days that they could have done something. Samsung, are you for real? Do you really think that I would purchase anything from you again?
My mother who is older than 60 has been without electricity since December 2024. Eskom came out in December and left a reference number 880572960 without doing anything. I logged a complaint again and again just got a reference number 918567155. Eskom came out on Thursday, 13 February and again nothing happened. My question.....must my mother go on her knees before Eskom to get services????? This is utterly disgusting that an elderly must sit without electricity for months without any explanations.
I have been in contact with FNB telephonically and vis e-mail for more than a month, trying to get answers on an account that is supposed to be paid up. They have sent me from the one department to the next. I have sent an e-mail to the complaints department and got a response back saying that they are investigating the matter. Its been past the turn-around time and I have still heard nothing. I am the one who is constantly phoning and sending e-mails. I feel like I am being ignored.
