DON'T EVEN THINK OF USING THEM AS A PROVIDER! Worst accounts department. They ignore your emails and requests and don't respond. Then only months later send letter of demands for money that you don't actually owe because of their mistakes. The accounts and even on management level dont care and don't want to listen to any reason. They even sent me a letter of demand for someone else's account. Just goes to show how *****ed up and messed up the accounts department it
Beginning of July I logged a case no: ********** 7 as my voicemail wasn't working. The case was eventually closed as they said it was sorted out. Well that was not the case and I had to reopen the case a month and a half later again, no: ********** 5 and once again nothing was done about it. Nobody cares or is interested to sort the issue out. They just send the query from one dept to the next. Then close the case because they too lazy or don't care if the long outstanding case has been sorted out or not! Well i also don't care anymore and have applied to port my number out from Telkom Mobile once and for all. I have been with you since the beginning but no more. Goodbye and good riddance to bad rubbish customer NON Care
Bidvest McCarthy VW Durban Pine Street. Worse service or lack of service. Nobody knows what's going on and I was given the runaround. I booked my car in for the replacement of my right front wheel bearing. Now I knew this was the issue and booked it in for the exact thing. I made the booking on the 21st of April for the 2nd of May. Plenty time for arrangements to be made for parts a person would think? Well just to be told sorry there are no spare parts available in the whole of KZN. Now this is strange seeing there are so many branches around. Also why is a common part like a wheel bearing not in stock anywhere in KZN???? They told me they need to order from the factory and would be here the next day. I tried to call the so called manager called Trevor two times to see what the issue was. Well I am still waiting for my call back. Today been the 3rd of May I get told my car will be ready this afternoon and I will be picked up to collect. The driver collects me, were on our way down to the dealership for me to collect my car. This is now after been at the dealership for 2 days. To be called by the parts manager telling me sorry your car isn't ready as there is a problem with the part we have. This is at 17h07 when I was told my car was ready. I get the dealership to be given all the excuses in the world. Get told were ordering another part but it will only be here in the morning. Trevor the so called manager says but dont worry I have organised you a loan vehicle until your car is fixed. Oh and he tells me that it's his own car and he now needs to get a lift home. Oh so kind of him you would think! Well while nearly signing the loan car paperwork. They get to the excess section and surprise there is a R40000 excess! I mean what???? You have got to be kidding me. I told them to keep the car and I was given a lift again home. I also contacted VW head office and also nobody could be bothered getting back to me. I have never had such bad service from a VW dealership before. Its unacceptable on so many levels!!!
Placed a new order on the 24th of April at 11h16. On Friday the 27th of April I had still not had any response to my order. I contacted a person called Larry S via whatsapp. I was told that I had to verify my payment, so I sent my bank statement via email on Friday the 27th at 10h12. Once again no response to my order or any feedback. When chatting to a guy called Larry S again via whatsapp on Monday the 30th april, I was told that he has escalated my ticket ID and that I would receive feedback later that day of the next day. Again no feedback or any communication to me. This morning Wednesday the 02 May I spent 57min on the phone on hold to eventually be answered. While chatting, the call cut and now am I certainly NOT going to be calling again. The previous call cost me R114.74 which I will never get back again. I have never had such bad service or should I say lack of service in my life before.
I was on a basic R99 package which is good enough for my basic viewing. I can justify the repeats etc. I get an sms saying that if I upgrade to the higher normally R235 package before March, I can get it for R189 per month. This to me was reasonable and so I upgraded. Well I was billed the normal R235 and the billing dept say they have no record of the sms sent to me. So typical or poor excuse. Well I have downgraded to the R99 package again as you are con artists who falsely advertise or promote items

They sell you a product that they don't supply. They dont give you any support and when it’s time to write exams they say there are technical issues. There accounts department is in an absolute mess. Returns emails weeks after requesting assistance. When requesting a full refund (as funds were paid in full upfront) they say sorry as per the Terms & Conditions you signed, there is no refunds under any circumstance. Well they broke their so called Terms & Conditions when they didn't deliver a service I paid for. Also the Consumer Protection Act covers me. I have been legally trying to get my money back. They ignore all correspondence as if they are too good to fall. It’s been an absolute nightmare dealing with them. So dont even think of going with them for anything. You will only get burnt and lose your money.
<p>I recently had two separate claims. Both with different sub limits. They only part paid for my claim. Whenb you try call them, you spend 35min holding to get hold of someone. This is to a premium calling number, so it costs you a fortune holding. They just say they cant help and that I need to refer to my so called Terms & Conditions. I wanted to taalk to a manager, still waiting for my call back. When emailing them as that doesnt cost anything, they never get back to you. Terrible experiance </p>
<p>I went from pre paid to contract. Asked to keep my existing pre paid number and it be made the contract number. They gave me a new number on contract and deleted my existing pre paid number off their system. Nobody knows what happened and can answer me</p>
<p>You do an increase application online. Everything gets approved and you get sent a Limit Increase Pre Agreement Form. You sign it and email it back. You get no response and then have to call the call centre on a premium phone number that costs allot. To be put on hold and transferred from one department to the next. To eventaully be told, sorry we didnt get your signed pre-aggreement form. Please resend which i do to the consultants personal email address. Oh and the best part is that the service consultant says to me, did you also include your salary slips? I say to her, no why would I? There was nothing that said it was a requirement. The last time I did this online, it was seamless and no proof of income was requested.</p>
