Received wrong sunglasses after ordering online. Bibie was an absolute star sorting out the problem with a choice of alternative style, gift card or money back. New pair was received within a day or 2. Great customer service
In Oct 2018 I received an email from the TFG group with a Cosmopolitan subscription offer, which I subscribed to. Since then I've NOT received one copy of the said magazine. I've called numerous times, with different excuses given. First one was being that maybe I should give a different address, which I did when I called in Jan. I also noticed i'm being charged for the subscription. After speaking to the accounts department I received a credit for DEC and JAN, but again I've been charged for FEB 2019, but STILL NO MAGAZINE, even with the NEW address given. I've eventually, after numerous calls and wasted time, been put through to a person named Kevin Louis in the publications department on 21.02.19, and after explaining my frustrations he promised to call me back with a update within 24 hours. Monday, 25th I tried to get hold of him, and apparently he didn't come into the office but 'a msg will be given'. Today, the 26th of Feb I've been calling for more than an hour, different numbers, different departments, being shuffled from one to the other but still NO ONE that can put me through to the correct person. Below is the list of numbers given to me, but there's either no answer or I get put through to a department that doesn't answer ********** ********** ********** ********** - switchboard, no idea where to put me through to though ********** ********** - got hold of a lady eventually on 25.02.19 that promised to give my msg to Kevin Louis ********** - TYGERBERG HOSPITAL!!!!!!
I have numerous complaints about the Red Square online store. 1st, a newsletter were sent on 30 October 2017 with a 20% discount for their birthday if you spent R350 or more, after numerous tries and even a call to the customer care centre it was discovered the offer didn't work, it only worked hours after the email were distributed. Secondly, my delivery is due LATEST 06 November 2017 (although email doesn't state 2-5 WORKING DAYS, just 2-5 working days, so according to that false info, I should be receiving it 04 November 2017, but that's another issue). When I called customer service, I was told there is a problem with their online store, and I will receive an email on Monday (6 November 2017) updating me about the problem... How can a store have such bad service? How can I be promised to be contacted about my order on the day I must receive it, and how can they only wait until then to notify their customer about their purchase? Customer service itself is of NO help, since they just want to send my request to the relevant parties. There must be a better way of tracking your order, and being able to contact the correct persons, without having to go through useless customer care.
This is not the first time I've ordered online from Superbalist, and it definately won't be the last. Not only is their delivery free, but it's super fast.<br> <br> I ordered items yesterday morning (02.09.15) at 9h30am, by 9h35 I received another email to say my item is being shipped, with an ETA date of 04.09.15. And, lo and behold, my item was delivered to me by 8h30am this morning (03.09.15). <br> <br> I've ordered countless times from other online stores, and this is really the only store that offers FREE delivery and FAST shipment. Keep up the good work Superbalist, I will definately tell my friends to order their xmas pressies from you this year.
I just like to compliment Runway sale in their great service and delivery time. Myself and my cousin took advantage of their great Secret Sale, her order was received within a week. and although mine took a bit longer, I received it well under their maximum 20 days delivery time stipulated. Well done, Runway Sale.
I was awaiting a package, and decided to call the branch. Tanya was very helpful and made sure the driver delivered the package on the Friday, even though package shouldve only been delivered on Monday. I am also very impressed with the tracking that's available on the website. Keep up the great work.
