OH MY WORD. I do not even have enough words to describe the wonderful service. I am sure that I am the biggest fan of RGS Puzzles. I probably built more than halve of them. Yesterday I ordered online for the first time at 13:33. This morning at 09:25 it was delivered. What an amazing service. Cannot wait to get started on my 2 puzzles I just received.
3 parcels between me and a colleague arrived in Johannesburg in their warehouse a week ago. Unable to get through on their phones as I am only at the office until 12. Got through eventually and I need the items for the weekend, lady tells me no driver assigned for the job yet
They keep taking R50 from my bank. I canceled my subscription but they keep trying to take my R50. Then I canceled my credit card then they took it from my cheque account that was also previously used for deliveries. I canceled again and again. There is no phone number for them or anything. I want a full refund and proof that my account is canceled with them
Had contract on my name. Had to phone to transfer to my sons name so he can pay his own contract. Lady confirmed she would do that. He spoke to them, gave them all his info, they keep taking money, but for all the months he had this contract now, not once did he get his airtime or minutes or whatever he is paying for. On phoning there is always someone with a **** attitude and he still has not been able to get his airtime
The did comment on the review, but nothing gets resolved. I am just trying to find out how much the legal fees are, after being handed over on debt that was actually paid. ANd the most irritating part is that you are unable to speak to someone at credit control. Only via emails and the people there answering emails are uncapable of understanding or resolving my query.
People dont let them **** you into selling AVON. **** service afterwards. I've had an outstanding account, which I just for some reason did not pay, and actually reason being that AVON kept sending me e-books and flyers and telling me I have credit with them, I must please place orders. SO, I wasnt contacted once for outstanding money, but then asked someone how much I owed, I paid immediately. A week later I was contacted and they said I was hander over by AVON. Now I phoned AVON to sort this out, and the lady gives me lip.. Telling me there is still legal fees. I said that it is unfair, and I want to know how much. She doesnt know, it is with the company they handed me over to. I asked to be put through to credit control, and she said no. They can not be phoned. What nonsense is this?
I've had a contract that I've been trying to cancel for a year now. They are stealing my money. Every time someone tells me they are escalating it.
Struggling to get a contract cancelled. Have to speak and phone and speak to 3 people and phone again. And then they just decide to put your contract on a month to month basis. Who decides on my behalf what to do with my money.
Dont know which part, as my problem escalated form the one to the other. I bought a bakkie from bidvest Mccarthy in Gezina. Had an extended warranty. Now everything goes wrong and to claim from this warranty is just a nightmare. Been stuck without a bakkie more than a week. The claim was approved to fix the actual problem, but when I wanted to get the bakkie apparently now something else is wrong. This was not stated on the mechanics initial assessment when the bakkie was taken in to a bidvest approved workshop. Now we need to struggle getting another approval or someone need to step up and fix this.
Signing me up for contracts I did not apply for. I canceled acontract but the guy said to keep itas a month to month data sim, and then later I can cancel if it dont work for me. Well I tried canceling more than a dozen times eithout luck. Then Friday i tried again, but they said it is no longer a month to month. A manager was supposed to phone me but didn't. And now to top it all up they took R50 more from my account
