I have been trying for weeks to get a refund of R1, 000 from them for a round of golf that was cancelled on the 4th November. After submitting the required document on the 6th November, I have been totally ignored. It's an absolute disgrace that a club like this should behave in such a way. So anyone cancelling a booking and requesting a fund - BE WARNED
Wow - I have never experienced something as bad as this from someone in the medical profession like this in my life. After an angiogram I was told that I needed an aortic valve replacement. I booked an appointment with Dr Zambakideson the 24th May and was told that I needed to have a scan for him to submit a application for authorisation to have a TAVI procedure from the mediacl aid. This was done on 30th May. Since then (now almost 2 months ago) I have been told by his staff that he is very busy and will get around to writing a motivation to mediacl aid when he can. The delay I feel is quite unacceptable - and his staff keep on telling me nothing. Don't ever think of going to this guy - he sucks.

My account number is SOO1541, I cancelled the fibre with Supersonic in June 2002 as we moved house. They are so bad that, even though they refunded for 2 months and I had to return the November debit order, they are still persisting in charging me after numerous emails asking them to stop. It is apparently impossible for them to cancel their invoicing and debit order - and my bank tells me thre's nothing they can do - only Supersonic can cancel the debit order. PLEASE ... if anyone in Supersonic reads this ...... HELP ME!!
This is the second time that I've had to call Vumatel out to attend to a problem: 1. The gardener cut the fibre 2. Ants cut the fibre In both instances Vumatel were here within an hour of being called and fixed the problem. The guys were professional, polite and the service was generally outstanding. Many nthanks to Vumatel - you guys rock!!
I have NEVER had or experienced such shockingly bad service. Having cancelled in June (moved house) they keep on billing me. Does anyone there know what they're doing?
After a number of WhatsApps and emails, Supersonic continue charging my bank account R794.99 for fibre that was cancelled by WhatsApp on the 23rd June. Subsequent emails dated 29th June and 27th August have neither been acknowledged nor responded to, As my bank tells me that only Supersonic can cancel/return the debit order, it appears that now the only thing I can do is close my bank account.
