Untrained Unqualified and DONT do their jobs!
Useless bunch of untrained unqualified people. My ISP is Afrihost just as useless but been trying to get my ONT replaced since Oct 2025 but they just close the tickets without doing anything like the rest of the useless government run businesses… STAY AWAY!

Absolutely useless thieving company, I have having issues since Oct 2025, replaced everything in my house including adding additional mesh system but ONT does not work and they flat out refuse to assist as claim they logged a call with openserve who just keep canceling the ticket and keep taking my money with service or internet. Even spoke to a manager in Jan and still nothing…

**** IMAGES FROM ANOTHER WEBSITE - ****
Beware of this **** business. We purchased a chest of drawers and selected the colour based on the options on the web site. They stated 10 to 12 days to manufacture, we had to constantly email and phone to find out the progress on the unit. 18 days later they tell us it will be delivered at 10am only to arrive at 18:45pm and looks like it was manufactured using s**** wood, nothing like the photo on the web site and it was damaged and skew. We did not accept the unit only to be told it was custom made so no refund. I did a Google image search and they have basically copied all images from a company call Baxton design but are nowhere near the quality for the price they are charging. IT IS A ****…

NEVER ASK FOR QUOTE
So on the 29th Dec I call in to get a quotation on a vehicle I intended to purchase, received the telephonic quotation and declined the insurance. Next day the prorated amount is deducted from my account as apparently the “trainee” took it upon herself to initiate the policy even after I declined. On the 30th I gave notice to cancel my existing insurance as I had sold my current vehicle only to have the debit order still deducted on the 1st of Jan. I have requested a refund but have not had any reply from Momentum, be Very Careful when simply requesting a quote. Sure they will extra vigilant should I not pay my premium and cancel cover but when they take unauthorized funds they drag their feet. I have also requested a copy of recording as I did not authorise the deduction and surely if it is trainee they should not have the access rights!

Just useless all round.
So I order a few things, get confirmation that they out for delivery last week already, log a error and now nothing, no delivery and you cannot log another call as one is already logged, don’t mention trying to phone the useless bunch as the phone just ring forever. TOTALLY PATHETIC! Please employ people to answer the phones and drivers who don’t lose deliveries! How do you lose a delivery?

4 days without water!
Called and logged a leaking water meter on the 29/09/2015 for which I was given a reference number and told it will be fixed within 12 to 24h. Called again on the morning of 30th and I was told they would escalate the matter, again in the evening and was assured they would escalate it even further. Yesterday I even managed to speak to a Supervisor by the name of Lucky (refused to provide surname) and was told I would be able to shower and feed my family before 6. I guess I should have asked which decade he was referring to. Total lack of work ethic and just there for the pay cheque... You should be ashamed. Oh still don't have water yet!
