Heidelberg Mall Old Khaki must be the worst outlet. I needed a refund on a item and they would not credit me for it because I dont have the card with me that I used to purchase it. They could have just given me the cashback for thr item. If you need an item returned, be sure that they will not accomodate you in any way. They would rather send you back home than give you a refund.
Disgusting "service"!! I phoned the repair centre for my washing machine on 6 December, did the whole virtual video with them where they confirmed a tech needs to attend to the machine, logged the complaint and was told I would be contacted within 3 days to book a service. One week later on the 12th I phone again to follow up, just to be told there is no record of my complaint... They logged it AGAIN, after wasting an entire week and told me they are ordering the new parts for my machine. Today, on the 20th, I phone again to follow up, another week later and they tell me the parts have only been ordered this morning. This means ANOTHER week of waiting, and with it being the festive season it will take longer. 3 weeks of struggling to fix a washing machine that is still under warranty.... I am so sick of them telling me how sorry they are when no one is doing their job!! If you are looking for quality and service, dont even consider Samsung. Rather look at LG or ANYTHING else, samsung is not worth your time or money.

If you ever decided to visit Bona Bona, make sure you meet Kgotso the waiter, his service, friendliness and willingness to help you with anything on the lodge will exceed your expectations. This guy will be the reason for our return. Thank you Kgotso for your extra effort. We also had the kindest tour guid in our Game drive ( such a pitty we didn't get his name) , thank you for making the drive memorable for us and for sharing all your knowledge with us, we hope to be on one of your game drives soon again,
I have had such bad experience with FNB, just to increase the amount on my credit card. Doing an online application is useless. When I phoned, I had to redo the application with the lady over the phone where after she told me the application was successful and that the increase will be within 3-5 working days. A week later I have to phone again just to find out that the application was unsuccessful. I have been banking with FNB for almost 20 years, and this is just pathetic service
