Trying to get technical help, how can I be number 1 in the queue for 1/2 hour???
Burger King needs to a) train their staff taking orders at the drive through; and b) fix the drive through screens. I placed my order and got a verbal price, I asked for confirmation, the screen was not working. When I got to pay the price was significantly more.
Had to wait almost 1/2 hour to get assistance on their help line
Most useless bank ever, internet access blocked, informed that they need fica documents, but the upload page says no documents outstanding. Called the help line, was sent to 5 different staff, after 20 minutes I gave up. Now at the bank in the queue, not much happening, heaven knows how long I will have to wait.
Melrose Arch is double dipping on parking payments with a card. The machines would not accept cash, so I paid with a card, on checking my statement a few days later I saw that two payments had been taken from my account.

I have been waiting for over 1/2 hour for a 3D secure password, every time I get to speak with a human I am told that they need to put me through to someone else. And SA is supposed to have an efficient banking system. Total incomptenece.
Amazingly discusting company. After ~40 years of paying into an RA I can count the number of time I was contacted by their 'finacial advisor' on one hand, they were fine, they had their fees. I retire, payment will be 5-7 days, took more than three weeks, amount paid was R30,000 less than the statement value of 10 days before. Then, to cap it all off, this morning I get notified by my bank that the debit order for this policy has been paid.
Got a mail this morning offering a promo code to get 50% discount, when I enter the code on checkout I get a response that the promo code has expired. Why send mail with expired promo code? Nowhere can I find a way of contacting therm.
Big mistake ordering wine from Cybecellar, I should have checked with HelloPeter before placing an order. Now three weeks and still no wine, I can understand the backlog due to the lockdown, but now their web site says my order is complete, this is just a scam.
