Very disgusted. Bought a Mellerware Panini grill. Used it the 5th time or so, and while making us food, pushing the handle down to lock it in place, the handle and lock broke. I did the same thing previously without issue - that's what it is meant to do. Sent back to Takealot, just to be informed that is was user abuse. What a way to get out of warranty cover. They sent is back to me broken, but delivered it to the neighbours. I won't buy anything electronic from them again. They find ways tomake you feel you brome the product. I expected it to be replaced, because it definitely was a flaw in that devise. No doubt, but they would not hear that. So be careful of Takealot - their warranty inky protects them, not their clients.
I've app**** for Fibre at my home through Supersonic on a Black Friday Offer, explaining that I need it active by 6 Jan '25 since my LTE will then be cancelled. I submitted all the required documentation. Long story short, I heard nothing regarding an installation date and started e-mailing and calling them. Every call takes at least 10 minutes to be answered and very time the feedback was different, but basically that they're waiting for Vumatel. I called Vumatel who said that Supersonic closed the ticket!! I was fuming. So, called Supersonic again, after writing another e-mail to which I got no response. I just called them again, and there is still no definitive solution, while we're stuck without any connectivity. This is the worst service I've received from an ISP/Reseller ever. There is either huge lack of training or no interest in customer satisfaction. The clock is ticking and our frustration levels are rising!!
Google keeps debiting my unused savings account for services already paid for from another account. Despite weeks of continious e-mails and requests to stop debiting my account, they keep deleting my account, costing me unfair banking costs, yet, there is no resolve and the debits keep coming twice a day. I'm sick and fed-up! I have no control over their attempted theft from my account. It is ridiculous that one has to battle like this! I'm really sick of this. On top of that it is difficult to make contact with people to fix this.
I neexded help to sort out my app. It was done very efficiently.
Misrepresented the vacuum cleaner I needed with FALSE ADVERTISING, and once I received it after 4 months, it was a huge disappointment. Their support email did respond, I had to aend a video of how bad this device works, and all I got back is sorry. My problem. I expect them to send me what they advertised. Zero trust. Never again.
I decided to accept an offer from Avast and bought a package. The money went off my account, yet my benefits on the program didn't correspond. I wrote to them and an apology was given and added benefits promised. Those never came to pass. More emails, no response. I just received a reminder that my Antivirus Fee is expiring - evidence that my money was taken but I never got the benefits. Writing more emails is futile and a waste of time. I'm done with Avast and am very disappointed.
I sadly have to retract my previous comment, trying to be positive about Michelle Smit. The experience with her is horrendous! The lies, false promises, and excuses have no equal. She paid back R3000 only and the rest is then with SARS, then with lawyers, then with the bank and so it goes on! Then this woman has the audacity to call decent and honest business people scammers. She is a liar and a fraud and I can not in any way advise anyone doing business with her. I warned her that I will place this note on Hellopeter if she does not pay by the end of August, just tried to call her again as a last resort, but the thick-skinned woman has no integrity! Three years of promises, and 1000's of disappointments! She also goes behind your back and bypasses the commissions you work for. I have copies of Whatsapps and e-mails to support my disappointment! She threatens with lawyers, but lawyers can't fight against facts!
My previous review on Red Lime refers. Business is tough and things go wrong, frustrations run high and you're often very reliant on a chain of people to make your business work. Bearing this in mind and being systematically rebuilding trust, Michelle Smit and I have been resolving the former trust issues and solving the problem. I am happy to report that despite many setbacks and hurdles to cross, we have satisfactorily resolved the issue and look forward to future business together. Thank you, Michelle.
Michelle Smit who is Managing Director of this company, is a very pleasant and professional person but one without any integrity who scammed me out of R84000 two years ago for what was sold to me as an investment to make a "Fuel Trade Deal" work. Despite numerous promises to pay me back the money, albeit without the promised return, no payments have been forthcoming and now she ignores all correspondence. She is involved with Oil/Diesel/Jet Fuel Trades. She is one of those people to make you feel very comfortable and presents herself as trustworthy, but the opposite is testimony! I have been patient, asked nicely, waited, listened to promises etc, but nothing. So now other people has to be warned. Her email is ********** and her number is +27 ********** 54.
<p>I was very enthusiastic when purchasing a Lenovo 13.3" Yoga Tablet with a built in projector. The Specs scream "Buy ME!" Unfortunately, long charging times and unresponsive behaviour rendered the device useless! On 17 November 2017 I took it in under warranty to hopefully have it repaired before leaving on overseas vacation/business trip. This never happened and I was offered a credit. I would have had to pay in a signaficant amount for a lesser model because my device was out of stock.<br /><br />I have requested it be repaired on 7 December 2016. Today, 9 January 2017, upon follwiing up on my device's whereabouts, I was informed that it was Collected! Imagine that! Then that mistake was recitified and I was told it has not yet been repaired. <br /><br />The backup and support from Lenovo is shocking. No extra effort was made to assist in replacing my faulty device and they are happy for me to sit with the inconvenience!!! Hence, long live SAMSUNG - which have never let me down!!</p>
