First I phone and ask them to phone back. 'On this number?' "yes please'. Nobody calls back. I phone again. Namosa tells me that they can't make calls. Medical aid rejected some R600 payment. I explained to someone yesterday that I am a pensioner and that I can only pay it from my Saasa grant early March. A few days ago I sent an email explaining butthat is ignored. Today I get an SMS demanding payment within 7 days. I hope that they have now recorded my offer properly. I have leukemia and my blood tests cost the medical aid over R20000 a year. I get top notch service from the staff at Flora but I am disappointed with your ineffient call centre. Don't they read emails? Sucks
Lancet made a mistake and used the wrong code in the claim to medical aid. I contacted their call center and they rectified the situation very promptly. I am grateful to Lancet for their professional service. I have blood tests every 4 months and their service is always of a high standard.
This company is user Unfriendly. Too big and so useless. You struggle to get through. Wow. Like a government department. I want to but a walker which the medical aid will pay for. Can't even talk to a sales person. After trying Customer Service she said she would put me through to Homecare. " They are busy. I will get them to phone back. Nada. Niks. Nothing. My wife injured her back and we need a walker. Samblief tog. Somebody help
Supersonic made a double deduction this month. After struggling for hours to get through on the phone lines we tried their WhatsApp number. Ja well. That also does not work. Then I sent a message on Messenger. I did not see that they had rep**** and so after 5 minutes they closed the enquiry. So I tried again and after staring at Messenger for who knows how long, Nandi finally answered. She said that it will cover January and February. My wife said no, They do not have authority to deduct for next month. Then she said we are in areas. We are not. Eventually, Nandi said that she would get the Billing Team to contact us. So far nothing and it is totally impossible to contact them without infinite airtime and patience. PLEASE NOTE, This is a communications company that is hell to contact. We want our refund as they have placed us in a bad situation. This is a badly run Circus
I noticed my money was not as it should be on my account. I am convinced they charged me twice for the trip plus tip. It takes a few days for the transaction to show on my bank account. Meanwhile I have cancelled their access to my bank account. I shall use Bolt
Hi. On 3rd September I got a Huawei Nova 12SE phone ay MTN in Clearwater Mall. With the deal was an offer for a R500 Pick and pay voucher and a R600 Huawei. voucher. MTN Say that I must talk to Huawei although my contract is with MTN. Up to now I have not received anything. I have been phoning the Huawei agent daily but now she wont take my calls. Hello Peter has loads of complaints with the Honor phone and a Pick and Pay vouchers. MTN does not respond to Hello Peter. MTN Made the offer and actually I have no contract with Huawei.
