Rething to use RTMC to renew your Discs
Very frustrating with this service. Having to hold the line for over 45min, but still no use. Gave number for headoffice, but also no luck. License has been renewed and PAID already mid September 2024. Still struggling to get my discs. Apparently they cannot locate my address as per the receipt. Unfair that we need to struggle with this type of POOOOOR service. Reference number 12170803

Takealot - what was delivered was not what I ordered
Placed an order with them for two garden sets - which was a gift to my mother that does not stay close to me. On delivery my mother opened the sets, not knowing exactly what I ordered. She contacted me to thank me for the gift, but also to ask me to report to Takealot that one of the chairs was *****ed and cannot be assembled. Only when she shared the photo of the chair I realized that it was not what I ordered. Requested a return there after. The items was collected, but now they hide behind their return policy - cannot accept the items as it was opened. Awaiting for the wrong stuff to be delivered again. Something that should have been special moment has turned into disaster. Please think twice before using Takealot.

Beware of Marius Els from Ebco Caravans
Very poor service. More than 6 months and still waiting for license, R5500 cash back, silver cover and nose cover. At this stage the license disk has expired, thus driving with illegal caravan.

Poor service PG Glass Keywest
Extremely poor service at Keywest branch. Three times they got the wrong windscreen. After fitment yesterday, the camera is not working. Collision assist, cruise control, nothing working. Told me to bring the car in today. Arrived there at 01:50. Gareth told me 10 min. After 20min I was requested to park car inside. At 14:40 still not started. Now I am driving with unsafe car. Ridiculous

No spares for the products on shelve
Be careful to buy kitchen taps at Leroy Merlin. They do not keep spares for the taps they sell. Given them alot of business in the last year. Very dissappointed

Got scammed out of R8150 on an order for Chickens. Requested a refund when I got the idea that it was a scam - nothing to date, not my money or the chickens. Be very careful

Pregio Investment 21t/a Lesedi Projects CC - NO SERVICE
Goodday. Becarefull of using Lesedi Projects , address: 40 Buffalo Str Wilropark Roodepoort. I paid my full invoice , very dum of me on the Tuesday, theY were suppose to come and clean my empty house and garden on the 5th Des 2018. After several phone calls on the Thursday he whatsupp me and told me that he was in meeting and can't answer his phone. He send me a number to phone, this very "friendly" lady inform me she can't help me i need to talk to Luan the owner, its the Luan who is in a meeting. After a few whats-upp between us he send me his brothers number also a cleaning service , the brother I'm not going to name because he has his own company . Informed that I am not the first client experience this bad service , he needs to jump in a few times. Unfortunately he couldn't assist me on the day. We moved out of town and needed to go back in the next day (the 5th) to open the house for the cleaning crew who did not pitch. Luan said he will pay me back after numerously me whatsupping him he just ignore me. I can see him on whatsupp but he just left mine unread. He did say two weeks after the incident he was for 3 days in hospital . He will tel his admin lady to make the payment. 14 minus 3 = ??????? now a month and 3 days after the incident i still not receive my money back. Its R 1250.00 and for me its a lot of money. I'm so gatvol of people think they can get away with anything and everything these day. So people i will think 10 times before using Lesedi Projects in Wilropark. Luan's number ********** 733
