Placed my order online, waited over an hour for my food to be ready and then half the order was not in the bag. Sent an email to complain, it bounced. Replied to service survey, no response. What will it take to get someone at kfc to fix my issue?!?!?!
I would not recommend these guys at all for any work. My experience was the following: Lack of oversight and management of projects Unprofessional management that do not return calls, WhatsApp's and emails Lack of accountability for mistakes made by staff Refusal to honour their warranty and resolve snags timeously raised
This is an update to my previous rating for rain. My score stays the same at 1 star. These guys are so oversubscribed that their equipment cannot handle the volume of traffic which is using their network. This is not my opinion, it is a fact confirmed by multiple service agents and their (ex) HOD of service. I pity the service staff who have to field queries for rain, because their company is throwing them under the bus. How can rain think it is fair or ethical to keep selling a product they are unable to deliver on?!
I have had the rain sim for a little over a month now, with the intention to move my existing data contracts to rain. My experience has been extremely poor for the following reasons: Average download speed is normally between 0.5-4MB/s Average upload speed is normally 0.0-1MB/s (Note: this is for 4G/ LTE, not 2G or 3G) I have logged 9 tickets complaining about there service - and still not resolved. In addition, emails sent to their staff, CEO (Willem Roos) and HOD for service (Peter Khan) go unanswered. Very difficult to recommend the service of someone who actually gives you none.
It's been over a week, and I still have not been called and all my questions answered. All I have are sms's going from one department to the other saying I will be called shortly. Terrible service.
I have been trying since last year to close my credit card with standard bank. I called again on the 02012019, and was told nothing had been done yet. After being given the run around, transferred from department to department it was discovered that my request was sent to the wrong department. I spoke to a Team Leader (Buchelo) who promised to have this actioned and feedback by 9am today. No feedback provided.
Dear ABSA Insurance Team I called you for help a little after 3pm today. I called again just before 6pm. Could you please explain why the plumber has still not arrived to assist with the water leak? Disgusting service. Can't wait to leave you.
I wish to say thank you to Dr Leanne from Hello Doctor who recently called me back because I was concerned about the well being of my little baby. She was thorough, kind and patient and I ended the call feeling reassured. Please could this compliment and note of thanks be passed onto her - her service most certainly was and is appreciated.
On the 2nd August I went to the Walmer Park branch to collect my new card. What should have been a simple and quick process took nearly 25 minutes. Being unhappy with the service, a complaint was logged via facebook messenger to Nedbank- no response was received. I was then incorrectly charged bank charges, and I called the call center on the 6th August who were unwilling/unable to assist. Still being unhappy with the feedback received, I was put through to Melanie Govender at the complaints department. I requested that I receive a refund, and she confirmed that my query would be seen to within 24 hours by the branch manager at Walmer Park. Today is the 18th August, and I am still waiting for that call from the branch manager. Needless to say, I will be moving my banking elsewhere despite a nearly 20-year relationship with the bank.
Today my wife wanted to eat pizza, and we selected Domino's. Within 25 minutes we had hot pizza on our plates, and it was great. The last time we ordered from Debonairs our food arrived 80 minutes after ordering, was cold and incomplete. I will definitely recommend Domino's over Debonairs any day! Better prices, better food, and far better service! 10/10
