The company still get a zero rating from me. Although I would like to mention 3 persons from Skynet that actually had my parcel delivered. The people I would like to commend is Mr Andre Booysen , David the route owner and Lebogang from Rustenburg branch. Thanks you guys need to be commended. This is after contacting ENatis (Petrus Kutamo), onlinevehdiscs and Samantha (the dumb robot) The delivery took from 25 July 2024 till 13th August for the delivery. This is poor delivery at its best description. Please spare yourself heartache and frustration. Use a complete different courier. I will never use Skynet Worldwide Express ever again.
Good day In the month of July 2024 , I experienced a problem. My license for my vehicle could not be renewed , using the normal channels. With this problem at hand I purchased my licenses (HBB258L and HBB264L) through Enatis website, on 27th Jul 2024 the payment was cleared with ref no 412752*024 8 25 Jul On 26 Jul 2024, the message was sent to my phone to notify me of a parcel delivery. I also received the tracking number 080059947224. No delivery took place , I queried the non-delivery of the licenses ( Should I say attempted, the phone just keep on ringing) Going via the Whatapp channel I get all funny promises and no delivery. Yesterday, 7th August I once checked the waybill number and saw that there was no movement on the parcel. I contacted Skynet express once again and spoke to Maureen Madingwane, she ensured me that the parcel will be delivered today, 8th August 2024. Needless to say no delivery took place. Upon consultation with an attorney I am going to do the following report this matter with ENatis superiors, Skynet Worldwide Express executives and Lay a charge with SAPS This is gross misconduct and I require both my licenses. No later than the 9th August 2024
Please believe me if the rating was zero ,I would have used it. Do not even use their WhatsApp number, same answers every time. Worst courier experience ever.......what's the point having a customer care line when no one answers the damn phone. furthermore they send a tracking number via SMS which shows the same status day in and out. Address was apparently incorrect, the exact same address I use for all my deliveries and receive my parcels. Is this a new ****? Contacted management but no reply. Definitely would not recommend to anyone anytime at all.
Please do not make use of this pharmacy if you are diabetic. Today is the third time having problems with my delivery of insulin. This time is much worse affecting 2 diabetics. The delivery took place, but incorrect insulin and meds. I received Mr Ramokgopo's insulin and meds. Apparantly he received mine. This is incompetance to say the least. Do not do business with this company. Only if you want to lose your money. This company does not honors its guarantees provided with equipment sold. I have purchased a solar system from this Megawatt Solar company . The delivery of the equipment were not complete. The website https://megawatt-solar.co.za/ stated that no transport costs will be claimed. This company tried to charge me R1000 for delivery. I refused to pay as they did not state this on the invoice sent to me. The equipment (inverter, battery and solar panel) arrived and I obtained the services from a reputable person for installation. After the installation, the person informed me that the battery was faulty. I contacted Peter Salanje and informed him that the battery was faulty. He was prepared to exchange the battery but I had to send the battery via courier on Monday. I spoke to the courier company and they advised me to have the battery sent from Africa Megawatt solar and upon delivery I can just return the faulty battery. The owner of Africa Megawatt Solar did not want to hear about this arrangement and started to threaten me with arrest and what else. (I have the whole conversation on Whatsup) Now all of a sudden he does not want to honour the guarantee which is supposed to be 10 years. Never support this company. Upon investigation it is quite clear that this person also has another company (also solar) Skynat Solar hardware. Steer clear of this company it is going to end bad for you....
Job well done, I want to give credit to an employee of Courier Guy at the help desk whom delivered above and beyond her job description. The lady is Ursula Smuts, she is her weight in Gold to the company far over. I am the receiver of the items and were not sure that the transaction were legitimate. The tracking number did not show the correct information and I contacted Courier Guy help desk. Ursula assisted me by providing me with information on the shipment. She also took it on her to contact me when the packages arrived successful. Well done Ursula and Courier Guy this job well done.

On the 09th July 2021, our house in Secunda`s geyser burst, in the early morning hours. I contacted Integrisure and the claim was opened. The service we received was amazing, SMS`s and constant phone calls. On Saturday morning Valentino from Integrisure contacted me and found out that the service was not restored as yet. He immediately contacted Witbank Plumbing & Projects and they in turn contacted me within 10 minutes. Needless to say the service that I received from Integrisure and Witbank Plumbing & Project were remarkable. The service of hot water was restored and even after the completion of the one part of the claim I still received calls and SMS`s to establish if I was satisfied with the service. Well done to all. Keep up the service that you provide.
Our geyser burst on the morning of Friday ,09/07/2021. I contacted the insurance and nothing happened until Saturday . Witbank Plumbing &Projects received the call and within a couple of minutes, I received 2 calls from Witbank Plumbing & Projects. An hour and 15 minutes later they arrived at my house in Secunda. They started immediately and four hours later were told to open the water. I am highly impressed and can recommend using this company. Great response and excellent service provided. Keep it up. I can also mention that they treated me with utmost respect (Vusi and teammate, sorry I missed his name) I can really recommend using this service. Well done guys
I have attempted to cancel my Vodacom wifi with Vodacom now since 7th of August. The first person stated that I had to phone back and cancel the contract on the 1st of October 2020. Which I did and spoke to George or Joss. Needless to say this contract is been deducted as regular as clockwork. On Saturday I went to Vodacom Shop Secunda and the person that assisted me was Shadrack. He helped me and guided me again to Vodacom cancellations. The first person I spoke to at cancellations was Lizel or Liezel, she promised to have the contract cancelled. Shadrack pointed to his screen and said that I should take a seat. The contract was not cancelled. The person at cancellations I spoke to next were Nonkululeto, after the whole explanation and why I wanted to cancel she transferred me to Customer care. The next person at cancellations was Maya or Mara. She immediately trasferred my call to Customer care. What must I do to cancel this contract??
