what can I say it in my book a company that should not do any business south Africa has been going on wit power outing you have a generator but you don't have a lead so you business stand still you can not print a slip then you manager say i must take a photo of the courier guy and the parcel as prove that they have pick up the parcel ??????????????????????????????I know there is a lot of people that will fall for that (today is the last time i will use you guys and i have only used you 2x slow and unprofessional
Why is woolworth knysna managemrnt not doing any thing about customer walking around with no face masks on in there store it did not happen at the front doors but at the back of store at the meat department this man and wife was walking around no mask on face but under there chin but what made this even more frutrating is that the manager (Gregg or cregg)was there tight next to and walked past and did not say any thing about it ,it happend on Sunday at 2:20pm so you store is not safe to shop in
for a company that is saying that they are number one your follow up is just the worst I had a quotation done on the 16th on you online and wright after i spoke to a gentleman his name was Kevin after speaking to him he promise to e mail me a quotation but now 3 days later no response no email and I am getting hounded by Out sources for a answer put you money where you mouth is . if you want to brag that you are no 1 then come on
Dear Support Would like to bring to your attention a problem that I had with you Knysna Pick a Pay on Sunday 12.55 am and returned it at about 3pm I whent in to buy meat for the braai i live plus minus 15 km out side knysna ,as you can see i bought for about R1311goods and charca when i got home i started the fire only to find out that the lamp chops was off but that the braai wors has expired the day before i then phoned to comfire about the return ,my guest and only had to settel for salids ,not only is it costing me money in feul the charcal end every thing els that has gone to waist and my red faced to my guest .... When i got to Pick a Pay i when to the manager on duty witch proceded to say to me not his department and shoud me the finger to the return counter . I would have think that the manager on duty is over every department he did not even bother to apologise for the inconvinced I would defnitely say you lost me as a customer and i would make work of it spreading it word and mouth and denitely putting it on facebook and hello peter.com Your standards has droped Roderick Meyer Tel 0847371086
Excuse excuse exuse it can not see that a reversal can take allmost 2 weeks to be proses what is going on press the button en revers the money that was taken out of my acount wiith out my consent
beautiful view and beautiful restaurant pity about the food can see way there was not a lot of local's R105 for a breakfast 2 eggs 2 pork sausages (wieners) and a blob of bake beans come on you can do better my be take a lesson by mug and bean or spur at this point I would like to say mug and bean is cheaper and better value
My contract has finished 3 month ago and you still stealing my money I have run out of people to phone I have phoned you aria manager for the Knysna Mark all he is not answering my phone calls I am going to make a case of theft against cell c to stop them from steeling from me ( I did cancel my contract on the right time and date if You can not do your job don't make it my problem
Never been a fan of spur ,but since they change all the menus and the lay out i can recomend knysna spur any day
