Capital Legacy as a company is an absolute disaster to deal with. They are great at the first consultation and then from there every step is an absolute nightmare. I have been trying to get a matter resolved with absolutely no response from my consultant after 5 emails! The only person who consistently follows ups and comes back to me is Brandon Rossouw and I would just like to say thank you to him for his great service in an otherwise shocking experience!
I had to sort out an issue for my Mom on her Standard Bank account. She resides in Australia and is almost 80 - so battles to hear. I was fortunate to deal with Benedict Billy at the Standard Bank in Sandton City today. His patience and kindness with my mom was amazing and he was fantastic at finding a solution for us. Many thanks Benedict - it was much appreciated and a great example of outstanding service.
<p>I went into H&M on Saturday late afternoon and was appalled at the state of the store. When the store opened it was a clean and tidy store with staff who were upbeat and had a great attitude. My experience on Saturday was the complete opposite. There were clothes lying everywhere, there were no staff to be seen and the one changing room had been closed due to the "staff being overwhelmed by all the racks of clothes that needed to be put back" which meant that the queue at the other changing room took forever. There has clearly been a change of store management because the state of the store was a disgrace. This store is based in a prime location in Sandton City and is an extremely poor representation of both H&M and Sandton City. </p>
<p>I have been trying to sort out a matter for my mom and was eventually, after much frustration, put through to Razia Patel, based at Simmonds Street. From the first interaction with her, she has been fantastic. She took control of the situation and sorted out all the earlier issues. Nothing has been too much trouble and yesterday she went as far as to wait outside the buildilng for me, to collect some documentation that I needed to drop, in order to save me time and the hassle of parking. This is obviously above and beyond normal client service and I am so grateful for all her assistance. Many thanks Razia and congratulations to Standard Bank for employing such a great example of a fabulous staff member who understands client service! </p>
We had heard about Country Meat on the radio and decided to visit the store in Sloane Square over the weekend. When you walk into the store you are immediately greeted by staff and made to feel very welcome. Throughout the time we were in the store we were constantly approached by staff to see whether we needed assistance or an explanation on any of the products. We had the perception going in, that the meat was going to be far more expensive than other retailers and was surprised to find that it was not the case. The quality of the meat we bought was fantastic and the entire experience, from entry was a great one. We also discovered that they sell Banting Biltong with reduced sugar. This retail experience was completely different from anything you will experience and is definitely worth the visit! Keep up the great work - it is so refreshing to be in an environment where the customer feels valued!
We went out for Dinner on Friday evening for the first time to LBV Bistro and had a fantastic evening. When I initially called, I spoke to Issue to make our booking and he was extremely efficient and friendly as I had specific requests about our table. The minute I put the phone down I received a confirmation of our appointment - which impressed me. On arrival at the restaurant we were actually served by Issue who was wonderful. The food was outstanding and the service fantastic. We had a wonderful evening and would highly recommend LBV! Thanks Issue for making our evening a great one.
My mom bought a pair of shoes and wanted to get a second pair from Kingsmead Shoes. I was unable to get to the branch and called and chatted to Zandi. I asked to her keep a pair out for me until I could collect them. Zandi was friendly and extremely efficient. She gave me her cell number and asked me to whatsupp her a picture just to ensure that she had the correct shoes. She then came back to me to confirm that she had them and that they would be put away for me. I went it yesterday and she was there and got them out for me. She has such a friendly way with customers and her desire to find a solution for me was greatly appreciated. It is so nice to know that people like Zandi still exist in retail and truly understand the meaning of customer service. Many thanks to Zandi and congratulations to Kingsmead Shoes on the quality of their staff!
I have been a shopper at Mr Price Home Store in Sandton for years. Unfortunately I have had an ongoing issue with the untidiness of the store and have taken it up with both the Store Manager and Head Office. I went into the store on Sunday and was absolutely astounded to see how neat the store was. There were no half unpacked boxes standing around or items falling off shelves. The store was immaculate. I immediately realised that there must be a new store manager and on enquiring I discovered that Bongi has taken over the store. Wendy was in charge on Sunday and I just want to congratulate both Bongi and Wendy for the massive improvement of the store which in turns leads to a much more pleasant shopping experience! Well done and please keep up the good work!
