Upon raising an issue with the manager of foshini @home in Somerset Mall named Beverley we could not get resolved, i then asked for the number of the area managers number and she hung up the phone. Where in this world does this happen in retail
I bought jeans and a dress at Foshini Tygervalley a couple of weeks ago. I went back to return the items but i misplaced the slip, i asked the lady if i can get a gift voucher because there is nothing else i want and her reply was no we cant help. What am i suppose to do with these items that does not fit this is absurd.
I recently bought 2 jeans for my daughter but she did not like it and i have misplaced the slip. I was told at the store they dont give gift vouchers. What pray tell shall i do with these jeans pf R400 still has all the tags on. This is absolutely ridiculous.
my daughter went into identy getting her a Jersey she then lost the slip and asked me to return it buy getting a voucher or something else. The manager very arrogant told me no. They then called the area manager that was going to come back to me regarding the jersey. To this day a week later nothing from the manager or area manager. Im very disappointed about how this is being handled.
I went into tge Jet store wanting to exchange or get something else for a jacket that still has the price on. I told the lady i lost the slip but the tags are still on. What should i do with a jacket that does not fit my daughter.
About 3 weeks ago i bought a Guess dress ar Edgars i have since misplaced the slip but the tags are still on the dress. I then went to the store asking can i get a gift voucher or exchange for something else. The manager very arrogantly said no. I then asked her what i should do with a R900 dress that does not fit her response was its not there problem. I have never in my life heard you cant exchange a garment without a slip that id still in its original order.
I had the most wonderful experience and help at Pep store Cape Town by staff member ZAIN. Thank you ZAIN off all the Pep stores in town I'll definitely come shop there from now on.
I went about my morning shopping at Clicks Garden then i overheard two staff members talking about how they had a staff member testing positive and the store has never been closed or sanitized i plan to spread this on all social media because this is not just putting the staff in danger but also the clients. This is very upsettung because i shop there with my kids. This company has no respect for there employees and in that regard no respect for its clients. This is a serious epidemic why is clicks taking it like its a normal cold.
