No Discount for a Pensioner
Good day I went to my local CTM today and spent just over R2k on tiles and paid cash. I asked for a pensioners discount and was informed that CTM do not give discounts of any kind. In this world we should treat our senior citizens better. SHAME ON YOU CTM AND HOLDING COMPANY ITALTILE

Good Service
Went into Cargo East Rand Mall and ordered a door pin for an older A series Merc. The salesman was both helpful and polite. Part was ordered and available for collection as given. Only one point of contention was the scanning of my Drivers Licence an Vehicle Disc which I consider an Invasion of privacy and could possibly legally challenged under the POPI act

Voucher Rip Off
I was sent a R100 birthday voucher on Monday 11/01. As I needed some clothes I decided to go to Edgars today and purchase a few items. I found some trousers on promotion and a shirt with a 50% price reduction. As I paid I informed the cashier that I had a R100 Voucher. I was told I cannot use it on any promotion otherwise ! would have to pay full price. What the good is a voucher that you cannot use??

Excellent eating
Exceptional local restaurant tucked away in Alberton From a large menu you can always find something that you like. Good Food, Great Selection and good honest service. What more could you ask for!

Dumbphone definitely not Smart!!
I recently renewed my contract with MTN and took delivery of a CAT S31 Dumbphone ( It is definitely not smart). I asked the salesperson for a 32G Phone. There is nowhere on the packaging that this phone only has 16G. This phone is difficult to use and is extremely slow. I would not recommend a CAT phone to anybody. The S31 is a hunk of junk.

MTN don't listen
As a client of many years standing with MTN I now have a formal complaint about the staff at The Glen. I upgraded my phone on the 22nd July 2020 I requested that the phone have a minimum 32Gig Memory. I purchased a CAT S31 only recently to realize that this phone only has a 16Gig Memory. NOT WHAT I ASKED FOR! Please note that nowhere on the packaging or on your advertising does it say 16 Gig. Apart from this I regard this phone a a hunk of junk as it is slow a difficult to use. None of the problems were explained to me and you only have to look at the reviews on this phone (Which I only did after having problems with it) The CAT S31 is not a good phone and has progressively got worse and I am now using my old phone! MTN should ensure that staff are trained to listen to a client's requirements.

Poor Client Service
I recently ordered a package from Germany and transported via DHL. Ref Numbers CR312024532DE/Foreign shipment number: EK016992604DE. From what I can see this package has the following tracking information: Mon, October 26th, 2020, 8:25 am, IPZ Frankfurt The shipment is transported to the destination country / destination area and handed over to the delivery organization there. Thursday, October 15, 2020, 12:20 am, Rodgau, Germany The international shipment is prepared for onward transport. Tuesday, October 13, 2020, 4:29 pm, Börnicke, Germany The international shipment was handed over to DHL and is being prepared for onward transport to the destination country / area. This Package left Germany on the 26th October. I have tried following up from South Africa to DHL SA and I get no response! Very unhelpful I didn't pay a load of money to DHL for Nothing. CLIENT SERVICE NON EXISTENT!!! If I was a company querying something they hava a whole different procedure. But just because I am a private client DHL don't make it easy.
