I had to open a Late Estate account. We to the branch on 11 July 2025. All the necessary documents we giving and uploaded and they also made copies. The money was transferred into that account. Trying to transfer the money was not approved. When I phone FNB deceased department I was told that they busy with verifying the documents. Does verifying documents take 2 months absolutely ridiculous. There’s delay is costing me bank fees if R60 not very happy client
I have been struggling for a month to get a cedit card refunded into my late husbands “Late Estate” account. This account is costing me money. But Nedbank is useless. They don’t even make an effort to return emails.,
My husband passed away in 2021. Am trying to wind up the estate. I had to visit SARS and was informed that there is money outstanding. Investigating further. SARS referred back to 2 Liberty Policies. I was told by Liberty that the 2 certificate were cancelled this is not showing on SARS side. I have been sending emails to request the proof nobody responded not even the complaints department. This is shocking and annoying to say the least. Have to wait forever for information

My son bought a JAC 1.8bakkie. The bakkie was serviced in December 2024 at JAC in the West Rand. The bakkie started with a problem mid Feb 2025 it didn’t want to start. Not even jump star would help. We replaced the battery. Some days it will start then some days it won’t We went to the dealership they put it on a machine no errors were seen . All they said bring the bakkie for a service. Since when do you have to service a vehicle every second month. Please people never buy a JAC it’s not worth it at all. All they want to do is make money out of people 😡😡
My sister is a 65 year old pensioner. Is lying in the useless hospital for 9weeks waiting to under go an operation to fix her leg she broke in June. Every Monday they take her to theatre and the all of a sudden there is no ICU beds available. They think people are stupid. In case of an emergency were do they get beds available. Trying to speak to hospital managers is also a dead end as they think they are a cut above the rest. It’s a disgrace that people who only have to make meats end with pension get treated the why the people in that hospital gets treated.
I had to open an Estate Late account. On Friday I went into the Clearwater Branch, to transfer the money that was paid in. Just to get told that they will be charging me R200 to transfer the money to my savings account. I find this totally unfair. This was requested on Friday and it’s Monday and it’s still not done. Make you wonder it it not time to move to another bank after 40 years
My husband passed away. I’ve been paying the bond monthly. In January I requested a settlement so I can settle the bond. I got a statement with an amount of R368309.00 making plans to settle that amount. I got notified that the amount due is R405888, This does not make since. If you want see settle why is the amount increasing. This can’t be intrest as intrest is charge daily or monthly. Requested a new statement again and guest what the amount has increased again. I should not be charged a penalty as this is a Late Estate cause. I was going to settle the bond with the amount of R368309.00 BUT ABSA is not prepare to give discount to settle they rather greedy and just add more interest. Am going to send my statements that I’ve received to Carte Blance, think there need some investigation to be done. Normal companies are excited when people want to pay off there dead and give a proper discount when you settle in 7day. Why can ABSA not consider discount. Then you still need to pay a huge amount to remove a spouses initial from the bond. Crazy is an understatement
I have cancelled with Vox, struggling to get the line release. Made 15 class with no luck. SB promised to call back hour later and still no call back. Poor service
In April I was contacted by a tracing company regarding a pension policy my late husband had. I summited all the documents and was told Old Mutual will contact me, am still waiting I have send mails to the lady that’s dealing with it but no response phoning her also doesn’t help as she doesn’t answer her calls or call back. Shocking
