After upgrading my contract and renewing another, Telkom system messed up my account, it is 5 days now that Im waiting for someone to take action and resolve the issue!!!! Telkom customer care doesnt exist, they hide behind AI robot! that is absolutely appalling service from a national company!! both my self and my wife are without phones for 5 days! I went to a Telkom office, they cant even call anyone, that is not acceptable, I have been with Telkom for more then 10 years
Since Saturday the 19th October Tarsus Cloud On Demand Cloud Blue has been down! the company didnt notify its partners who make usage of this system to provision licenses to their clients, today Monday it is still down with out answers from Tarsus! this isn't acceptable situation!!! Tarsus MUST adverties what has happened and why they are still down.
It is not the first time that we use this company, and it is socking how bad their service is. What even more astonishing is that they don't care that their service is bad! They quick to take their money without any responsibility for the service! If they lose your parcel or don't deliver on the required service you select, the answer is Tough! Sorry, but there isn't any accountability, the fact that you paid for a specific service means absolutely NOTHING!!

I have been trying to get hold of Homeloans for over a week!! no respond, the call center personal don't respond to the calls, and actually hang up.
We recently cancelled a contract with MTN, using its outlet in Gardens Centre Cape Town. the agent that assisted us assured us that once we pay the outstanding, the contract will be canceled. After doing so, MTN still debited us for a full month, since the agent didnt alocated the money to our account, it was just floating at the shop account. after weeks of chasing them to refund us, we still not getting any results!!! this is a robery in day light!! discussting service from a national company! we want our MONEY BACK!!
It is the biggest load of C, that a national carrier has NO Cellphone cover in the whole of Sea Point Cape Town, due to Power load shading!!! this is a Joke!!! Vodacom, you lost a client, as soon as my contract finish im gone!!!
So, what is the Point of having NO personal answering on the main call centre, this automated answering is useless! going to the MTN shop is a waste of time and unnecessary. 135 national call centre with no one to answer! what a joke of a company!!!
for the past few months Sage Pastel support has gone down the drain, you cant get through to support desk, and if you log it by email they take a as much as a week to come back to you, if you lucky!! this is a big company with huge customer base, completely unacceptable!!!
