My wife recently visited the radiology department at Ahmed Kathrada Lenmed hospital for a ultrasound, we were informed that the ultrasound costs R1700 and that our medical aid savings is finish much to our surprise and should pay in R350.00 , i then paid in the R350.00 and then get a notification from the medical aid a few days later that the ultrasound has been paid in full and over and above that gave us the wrong diagnosis first and had to call in to state she went for a ultrasound not an mri. Pathetic wont be visiting lenmed ever again.
Brought my wife to life brenthurst as she was in severe pain and constant bleeding from a miscarriage. The attending doctor said his trying to get a hold of her doctor which is at another hospital and then advised going to admit her here as this is where our medical aid covers. He then advises the doctor/doctors at life brenthurst does not want to take her on as a patient because she is someone else’s patient, we must go elsewhere. Had to take my wife back home in her condition because life brenthurst doctors don’t want to assist her. Absolutely disgusted by such service and response from life brenthurst.
My vehicle has been in to auto body specialists since November 2023, for hail damage. The autobody specialists advised the insurance for a new bonnet however it was repaired, upon taking advi*****t from BMW themselfs with such significant damage on the bonnet repairing will cause warping over time, who will then cover the warp? Secondly the entire body was resprayed and my bumpers were not blended in, my brother in law who parked off next to me during the hailstorm his insurance approved blending in of the bumpers. Not blending in my bumpers has devalued my car and it is the responsibility of the insurance to act in the clients best interest. I have been battling through my broker for this for almost a month and no response. Absolutely pathetic service
Hi I’ve been trying to get a settlement amount for my homeloan account for almost 3 days. Each every person i speak to always sends me to another department. The private banker is of no use as well. Absolutely shocking service from Nedbank. I still don’t have an amount because i have to now go to another department. Can someone please assist me urgently.
I received funds from my mum last week on the 16th Novemver 2023, as a gift to pay off my homeloan, FNB locked my account due to income verification, i called in on the 16th later that day to find out how to unlock, there after submitted the documents. FNB came back to me on Saturday 18 November 2023 requesting further documentation, which i submitted on Sunday 19 November 2023. My point is why not ask me from the beginning for the all the documentation required and i must wait another 24-48 hours. Absolutely ridiculous from FNB
My voip hasn’t been working for almost the entire month of June 2021, reported the matter on 11 June 2021, everytime i get through on whatsapp chat each consultant will tell me they have escalated the matter, it’s under investigation. No one at webafrica seems to care, i even sent a complaint to them and no response, literally just no care from them. definitely taking my business elsewhere
