This is a very dishonest dealer, you get asked a holding deposit whilst you already have approve finance. when you decline, the sales person informs you the next day that someone else paid a holding deposit and you lost the deal due to that. If you already organized finance, the deal should be honored, but this dealership is not an honest company to do business with. Avoid them at all cost.
This specific Anaesthetist is charging fees so high that the medical fund only paid one third of the cost, leaving me with an account of R 8 000.00 to pay off. It is doctors like these that feeds on human suffering that should not be allowed to practice, they are inexplicably overpriced.
I have been struggling since July last year to have a claim paid for a procedure that was approved by this fund. Now suddenly they reckon it is a repeat of a previous operation. Sitting in their air-conditioned offices they make decisions that impacts you but does not even find out the facts. The operation they refer to was done more than 15 years ago and the new operation was not on the same level of vertebrae. If they cared to speak to me, they would have known that it not a repeat on the same affected area and the previous operation was not kept a secret. they are not living up to their empty TV advert "The fund that always thinks about you". Rather it is the fund that always try to take your money and leave you hanging......
Be careful of the attorney, when you fall on hard times and struggle to pay, they suddenly update your bill, charging you interest, even on the money you already paid them. That is after they clearly stated on the original statement that no interest was charged. Suddenly the outstanding amount of R 2 800.00 becomes R 8 600.00. I have both statement to prove this dishonesty.
My son bought a vehicle from this dealer, and what a fresh breeze it was to get brilliant service and friendly staff. The vehicle has a small oil leak, and the dealer immediately said that we must take it to a repair center and they will take responsibility for the repair. Guys, you are indeed a beacon of hope in an industry riddled with fly by night dealers and re-sellers. Thank you for that.
This company is quick to take your money, but pathetic to pay out a legitimate claim. I have been struggling for 2 months now. If anyone has a policy with them, cancel it and move to another insurer. These guys are not an honest company to deal with. If you try and get answers, they get more and more unfriendly, because they do not want to pay money out. Move to AIG, they have always treated me with respect.
i ordered a hard drive online from Firstshop, and within 10 minutes I had my tracking number and it was communicated via e-mail. 3 days later my new hard drive arrived at my doorstep. Thanks guys.
I received an account from Pathcare where the medical did not fully pay the outstanding amount, which I settled on 24 December 2015, after the service provider ignored my e-mails asking if the medical did eventually pay or not. However, even after informing the service provider on the same date that the amount has been paid, the attorney Schulenburg saw it fit to issue a summons on 5 January 2016. They also overcharge on calls and the lady (Ms Veldsman) above is VERY rude and treat you like a CRIMINAL on the phone. I believe they are ripping people off by issuing summonses AFTER the payments has been made and thus charging for a service they did not deliver. People should not do business with companies like these that is just out to make a quick buck and not caring the least about service or integrity.
After communicating wrt a outstanding bill and asking the provider to let me know if the medical aid does not pay the outstanding amount, I was rather handed over, resulting in paying double the amount due to lawyer fees. This is really bad service from a company such as Intercare, showing that they are in this only for the money and nothing else. I hope that the responsible person that neglected to follow up with me can sleep soundly at night knowing she is causing financial strain for people without trying to even assist in any way. Whatever you are paid, it is to much, you don't deserve it.
We have been using Telkom uncapped ADSL for years, and ever so often I will pay the account on or before the next account date (according to the callcentre agent Telkom never cut the line before the last day of the next account due), which means I make a double payment. It has never been a problem and my service were always on as long as I stick to this dates. Suddenly last night Telkom decides to cut the line and the next due date for payment is only 28 September 2015. Is this the type of service we can expect now that Telkom is letting all the capable people go? If so, I sincerely hope Nutel or wireless internet is rolling out in Postmasburg very soon, it seems Telkom does not need my measly R 1 400.00 every month. If the service is not reconnected I am seriously contemplating cancelling the service and making it my life mission to convince people to move away from Tekom. We became used to bad service for too long, it is time to voice our unhappiness.
