Thank you guys for providing me with such good service over the last year, since I complained last everything has been running smoothly, yes we'd probably have issues from time to time, some would probably be my fault to lol 😆, but I have to show appreciation when it's due, thank you guys so much
I have my home loan with standard bank and decided to keep my home insurance with them, worse decision in my life, I requested to check if my solar system was covered, as it was water damaged, we had some rain and I assumed the water was from that, I did not claim for any roof damage as the leak didn't seem bad, long story short they sent someone to check my roof, as my panels are on the roof he couldn't see under and took pics on the other side of my roof, he did not go into my ceiling to check and made an assumption that it came through the roof, and admittedly I had made the same assumption, however after standard bank insurance looked for a loophole I had have a look and have it repaired, I had someone in the ceiling and was able to find the issue and fixed the problem, however this means I lost my battery back up, this person sent to assess the issue did not do his job accordingly, this isn't fair, I will move my insurance and will definitely not recommend anything to do with standard bank. Thanks for nothing!!!!
We are at 1 the properties they manage for almost a year , celtis business park, these guys are the best at hiding cost, so be careful , only ******* would do this that's all I'm saying, if the shoe fits well ... we reported stuff not working cores when we moved in, they answer we will send someone out to repair , it's been almost a year and now still waiting for them, useless would be giving them credit, can not wait for my lease to expire and be rid of these ppl, I hope ppl take the time to check these guys before signing they are not to be trusted
Giving you guys 1 star is giving you to much credit, almost 2 months and nothing, you caused paused my service take my money promise to fix it promise to call back, I've always praised you guys I'm so wrong I take back every compliment I've even given you , you have to be worst company on this planet
I'm still waiting for my so called Express delivery, this is going on since the 25/01/2019 , you charge for a service and dont deliver.
What a RIP off , with they new medivault ! It's like taking a loan on a medical aid that you are already paying. You guys are stealing from us and not providing a service that we pay so much for. In the last year on top for your EXPENSIVE premiums I had to pay most of my medical bills myself as you guys found every reason not to cover me . So keep your so called medical to yourself as it only benefits your company and helps us with nothing.
Well it's been over a week now waiting for my package , I was told on Thursday that I will have my package only to be messed around the entire day and eventually I met the dhl driver on the highway as he had broken down , flat tire with no spare! Only to find out that he had only 1 part of my package , after being told he has both. Now I find out that the other part of my package has been lost somewhere in Hong Kong . This is now severely affecting my business, I will loose thousands and worst I will loose my customer if this not resolved. Waybill 6 ********** 40
<p>About 2 weeks ago I called santam about a blocked drain, they sent an unprofessional plumber to my place.. and he attempted to unblock my drain with a MOP , YES A MOP!</p> <p>and then uses a machine falling apart and a broken spring.</p> <p>Non the less the drain was unblocked and he claimed I have a roots that has broken the pipe .. so explain how my drain worked fine for 2 weeks? Call me stupid but if the pipe was broken My drain shouldn't have even worked for 2 weeks .</p> <p> </p>

YES a mop ... then uses a machine that looked like it was falling apart .. non the less the drain was unblocked and he claimed that I had roots that had broken my pipe , I would think that a broken pipe would be a permanent thing and my drain wouldn't operate at all, I find it strange that it was ok for 2 weeks. So did it unbreak itself for 2 weeks? Non the less I will fix this myself and take pictures to show sanlam .. I have all my personal and business policies with sanlam .. I will be cancelling everything.. thanks for the unprofessional service!</p>
