<p>We visited the KFC at Bluff Towers as we were wishing for an Oreo Krusher. As we got into the store there was a terrible smell coming from the kitchen. It smelled like very old oil. Then we got to the till and attempted to make our order. The lady at the till advised that they did not have Krushers available. Then went to the back and asked how many we needed. I said 2. The she made the 2 Krushers and placed them on the counter. Then we waited 20 minutes for our order no one called our order number. Everyone in the kitchen was running around then we noticed that people that came after us were getting their order. Then I went to the till and asked were is our order and the lady looked very confused. Then I said to get that other people coming after us were getting their order. Then she took the 2 Oreo Krushers off the counter and gave it to us along with a soft swirl. The Krusher tasted like watered down ice cream with Oreo biscuits. We recieved terrible service and I will never go back there again.</p>
<p>I have tried to contact the Mr Price Mobile call centre for the past 3 days as my data has not been loaded. I did get an SMS saying that there was a delay in the loading of data and airtime. Everytime I can I'm waiting for a call centre agent for 8minutes. Please can someone contact me concerning the loading of my data. </p>
<p>Hi had 2 tablets that went in for repair early November. Unfortunately I did not have the funds at the time to pay in my excess, the lady that I spoke to by the name of Thenjiwe advised that they had already repaired my tablets and that they would keep them until I made a payment. On Friday last week I made the excess payment and sent proof of payment to smartlab's account department as well as Thenjiwe. Up until today I have had no response. I tried calling I was placed on hold for 10mins. I tried 3 times today, still on hold, at present as I am writing this complaint, I have been on hold for 27minutes 44secs. Still no one is picking up and giving me feedback concerning the delivery of my tablets. I am so frustrated, I have email Thenjiwe twice still no feedback. Please can someone contact me concerning the repair of my tablets, as well as the delivery of on Tablets. </p>
I recently bought a DSTV Explora at Makro and received a BlingInstallation voucher to the value of R1,220.00. I called BlingInstallation and booked an appointment for them to install in the DSTV Explora for me. I was told that they will come in on the weekend to install it, and that they would SMS me the date and time of the appointment. I didn't receive an SMS though and this made me worry a little bit as i was excited to have my explora running. I called them and they advised me that they were actually coming on Saturday at 11.30am. <br> <br> I met Alvin and his partner, not sure of his name, they were very friendly and helpful. They had to drill through the wall in order to get the cable into my home and to the explora. They did a fantastic job, even sealed the paint that was coming off the wall because of the drilling. They also pinned down my existing cord to the wall and made it look neat. <br> <br> Thank you Alvin and partner on doing such a fantastic job and for being so accommodating. I think you both deserve a Bells from for your manager :-) <br> <br> Thanks BlingInstallation for making us customers happy and satisfied with your service!
