1st class service from Outsurance pet insurance. The agent who contactede was profession, friendly and very patient. Claim was processed in under 24 hours. Thank you outsurance
On the 2nd of July bought vehicle licence on line. Usually item received within a few days. On the 4th of July received notification from Skynet regarding delivery. 8tb July I received notification said item was out for delivery. 9tb July still nothing received and no further updates from Skynet. I find this unacceptable. They ask you to make sure someone with their ID is available to receive delivery. How many days do they expect you to sit around waiting for an item when they don't deliver on the day they say it's out for delivery.
Exception service from Outsurance. Well trained, professional, friendly and extremely competent managers and staff. I submitted a claim for my dog on Saturday morning. Not being 100% sure of some of the information, I phoned Outsurance. The claim form was quickly completedby the agent. I received an email within minutes, responded to email with all requested documents. This morning, Monday, a phone call from outsurance to advise that the claim had been processed and to confirm my banking details. Due to the fact my dog has to have follow up checks, the claim is not closed in case any additional costs arise. All businesses, not just insurance companies, should take a leaf out of outsurance book and follow Outsurance's lead on how to treat customers/clients.
Have used price check on numerous occasions. Unfortunately they do not live up to their promises of "... Trusted stores...." You may find the cheapest prices but there is no guarantee you will ever receive the goods or a refund from selected store. I have searched for reviews for a number of Price Checks so called trusted stores and very often have nothing but complaints of either goods not received and refunds not processed. I believe price check should remove "trusted" from their claims as it seems they have no idea if the store can be trusted or not. Obviously no background or validity checks done by Price Check.
The worst customer service possible. Do not answer their phones, responses to emails few and far between, live chat is a joke. I placed an order with Ascensionshop online. Was notified of a delivery date. No delivery and no communication from them I contacted them and they apologised and said item would be delivered next day. You guessed it correctly..... Not delivered, no communication from them I again got hold of them and was given a new delivery date or they could process a refund. I stated that if they could guarantee delivery I would accept new delivery date. I then received a notification that my requested refund had been approved and would take 1 to 3 days to process. Needless to say that's the last I heard from them. No refund and no response to my emails and live chats. . I emailed and gave them a deadline for monies to be in my bank account. I have contacted Peach who will be contacting Ascensionshop on line to try and resolve this issue. Should they be unsuccessful, all my communications and documents are in place to take this further. Sadly my order was placed prior to all the bad reviews appearing on Hello Peter. A 1 star rating is not deserved, their service falls into the negative ratings.

Excellent service. Communication regarding delivery first class. Not only was delivery earlier than anticipated but the driver and assistant went above and beyond just dropping off the item. Even though they had deliveries to make, a good distance from me, they took the time to unpack and set up everything for me. Friendly, professional and a pleasure to deal with. A good few companies could learn how to communicate and offer above average service from them. Thank you....
I was being assisted by the pharmacist with my prescription. She was extremely helpful and was doing everything possible and more to assist, when things went pear shaped! 6 armed ******s were robbing the store. I was caught in a corner with a gunman in front of me. The pharmacist went out of her way to get me to a safer area. The management and staff remained cool calm and collected. Did everything humanely possible to protect their customers Fortunately no one was injured and no shots fired. 2 days later I received a call from Dischem head office. A courtesy call to check I was okay, whether I had had anything ****** and if I needed trauma counseling. Impressive service and care not just from the store but head office as well.
After many hours of talking to the agent (Amke), mainly because of my questions and queries, she never once got impatient or frustrated with me on the phone. If she wasn't sure of the answer she had no problems getting the correct information from her supervisor. At one stage he took the phone and was just as patient with me. Both of them are an asset to outsurance and I couldn't have wished for a better experience.
Had claims for medical routine care for my dogs. What a pleasure to deal with friendly but professional, well informed people. Kept informed of status of claims and payments made in a very short period of time. Thank you to the agents who assisted me... you rock.
