<p>I have been trying since March 2017 to get itemised billing from MTN. was sent to them via fax email and hand delivery at 300 kemp avenue randburg. att 173. to date nothing and no1 helping. instead their supervisors keep promising to call me back . really i need it as soon as possible but no1 can help me. ********** 304</p>
I logged a call 04/04/2016 for my under counter oven that is not working with ref no Customer Resolution Centre #207779..(RU-DE-06042016-114) i got a call (0878039800)from several people claiming they are from master care. they advised they will be at my place 08/04/2016. I then stayed out of work waiting for them. I called at 12:06 on the 08/04/2016 and the rude woman Dianne told me i must just wait they will come. nothing. On Tuesday 12/04/2016 I logged a complaint again with JD and got a response from Nathan Cloete, all of a sudden the Wednesday Doreen from master care calls me all ubrubt for someone to be at home the thursday cause they dont work weekends. I then arranged for someone to be at the house both thursday and friday after calling and leaving Doreen several messages that the person is waiting for them to no avail. Today i get a call from Moses advising i must be at home monday? Am i an idiot to stay out of work or pay people to watch and wait for people that dont come. I gave my cousin R200.00 just to wait for them and to this hour no1 has come. Now what makes me mad is the same thing happened with my machine and we know how that went down! must i stop payment again!
I bought a cell phone on my account and the phone is now faulty. they need a receipt of which i do not have as my phone and purse was stolen. I requested foschini to check their system and see which date i bought the phone and re-issue a reciept they advise they cannot i must pay R350 for fixing a phone that mtn admitted on 15/02/2016 is faulty and software malfuntion. So why can they not re-issue a reciept is it because i am having financial problems and paying them a minimum???? this is victimisation.
I got a call @09:36 021 684 3000 from some lady demanding me to pay for virgin active. firstly, they have been debiting my account for my ex and i did not have a problem with it as he was giving me the money, however my problem is i did not authorise virgin active at any point to debit my account for mr badenhorst. now they want to keep me liable for his gym payments? i owed virgin active and settled them. I am in no position to have a gun to my head for someone elses things. so mark also never signed for his membership to go off my account? who do I PROCEED LEGAL ACTION WITH? CAUSE this is violating my civil rights. then she has a nerve to say someone 8 years older than me is my son and i must pay for them? how pathetic and embarrasing!.... so either you get your things in order or I call an attorney to get you in order for ILLEGALLY DEBITING MY BANK ACCOUNT AND NOW WANT TO KEEP ME LIABLE FOR OTHER PEOPLES DEBT!!!
i emailed them for an application, they took it. i was told i must call for viewing, she didnt even take my name or ask which unit i was inquiring about and said all units are taken????.. i asked her when that was as she sent me an application and request for viewing via email 2 days prior, and now all of a sudden cause im a coloured the place is taken... mxm she thought reyneke is white???

This morning at 06:02am my husband and i walked into your store on the corner of hendrik potgieter in strubensvallei and got the worst treatment ever. your drivethru cashier climed through the fence and we saw he as she was late for work. My husband then made a joke and asked her if its her special entrance she then said its none of your damn business. who the hell says such rubbish at 06:03 am to paying customers. she then further asked me what i would do and i told her i would slap the ish out of her if she would come out. we then ordered our food and left. personally after all your food scandals. we dont come there anymore and thought we would give your sandwhiches a try. no thanks to that too. there are too many franchises in this country and area especially along that route to worry with your ridiculous staff. all of them first stood and had the best conversation ever before assisting us. go look at your video footage.
So this morning at 08:56am 09/08/2015 I get an sms to use a reward voucher by 10 Aug ref#E3AB68EDED85428. not one but 2 sms's. I went to woolworths in my lunch break and waisted valuable time. the manager and cashier prontly assisted me to call head office who then spoke to a candice who passed the buck... took a name ID number cellphone email and physical address asif i have an account with you. i only have a rewards card. the agent inefficiently told me that i do not have a voucher. so do me a favour and cancel all sms from you i refuse to spend another hour in your stores claiming things that does not exist and i will NEVER SHOP AT YOUR STORES AGAIN. cause like she said. there is nothing to it
I walked into mtn after numerous calls to the call center to no avail. my network just went off and i cannot access the internet using the data that i bought. I then spoke to tebogo who told me to wait as he finished his personal call then told me my data is finished without even checking my account. i further showed him i have 2.85gb of data which i cannot use and only 1 gig is night express, tebogo carried on telling me to buy more data cause my data is finished as he wanted to go back to his personal call. firstly i have been with mtn for more than 15 years on the same number only did sim swap once because MTN wanted me to upgrade my simcard. now the coloured chick there went to the manager and told me that some service deactivated it will be ready in 20 min. to this hour still using my airtime and data is not being used. so since MTN clear water has this attitude of brushing people off i will show you that i dont need to be with MTN with you anymore. tks good bye
